I had no knowledge of the process of epoxy coating the floor. All I knew was that in functioned well and looked great. Jennifer was not at all bothered about my ignorance. She proceeded to sweetly educate me in their history, their process, their staff , and their philosophy. She was so patient. After a couple delays on my side, of which they flexed with my schedule, the work began. The crew was punctual, friendly, and quick. The process took only two days. Paul and Jennifer came out the second day and actually stepped in to help the team finish. At the end of the day, Paul and Jennifer came highly recommended. Their quality was spot on, the price was right, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for the professional installation of any floor coating!

10/30/2024 You were…read moredoing okay until you insinuated that I would unreasonably think that all wear should be covered for the life of the floor. You are either over-estimating your business acumen or under-estimating my IQ and background, or both. If these 90-degree lips have been causing such known problems for the longest time, you as a professional should have invested effort to find solutions instead of defending status quo after-the-fact. Technically these lips can crack upon the very first usage when a tire passes over after the poly has cured in say a week or two. And when that happens how are you going to respond to your customers' complaints? A few of your competitions in DFW have long recognized this problem, and have invested in additional man-hours and equipment to grind the lips to reveal a radius to make the cracking a LOT less likely to occur. I hope you'd at least appreciate that I actually paid real money for your service, and have been graceful enough not to pester you with requests to fix the crack as soon as Jennifer turned down the one request over text. Original review: Had them do a poly coat on a new build 2 years ago. Price was high, but was in a hurry and what did I know reading reviews online written by folks with wide spectrum of expectations. Few months later started noticing the coating cracked and flaked at the lip of the entrance. Few months ago finally tried to get in touch with them for warranty work, since if I was not mistaken there should have been some sort of lifetime warranty. Texted the number and it turned out to be the personal number of the lady. She was on a personal trip and the response time was unprofessionally slow. Described the situation over text, and the response was no warranty due to normal wear and tear. Guess what, a normal residential garage typically has cars going in and out multiple times a day, so according to their definition, there is essentially no warranty whatsoever since the entire garage would have some level of foot and car traffic daily. Very disappointed. Take your time and shop around.

The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They ended up finishing around 6pm which then I had to cancel my dinner plans. Maybe they were just taking their time. Anyways I am happy with the final product and highly recommend!

They make it simple and automated, so I literally don't even think about it anymore. But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. It's so nice to have a space outdoors where we can entertain and be proud of how it looks. During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well. They went over and above, allowing us to add some additional space and came back to add sod in some places where the yard grade had changed and drainage needed to be adjusted. Both at no extra cost. Cole and his team know their stuff, they're honest, fair, upfront and who I'll call for any landscaping needs.
