The burger was probably one of the top burgers I've had in this area. The fried pickle spears were also delicious. The sweet potato fries were more like wedges and were also very good. The chicken sandwich was good, but wouldn't order it again over a burger. They did offer homemade jalapeno ranch dip with the meal. It was also pretty good. The environment is farmhouse on a ranch. Beautiful ponds set up for fishing. Covered eating areas. Again, this is a disc golf course, so not sure what all is available for foodies only. Atmosphere was laid back and super chill. If this place had beer and music, it would be a hot spot. I could see the diner getting overwhelmed if a lot of people hit them at once. As for the disc golf, I did not ask a bunch of questions. I saw they had a driving range, and two disc golf courses and they are listed as both being in the top 5 courses in Texas. All in all I was super impressed with the burgers, fries, and fried pickles. The atmosphere is laid back, kitchen is quick and friendly. Nothing fancy, but I think that's what they are going for. You come around the corner and here is this bright yellow house( restaurant) overlooking a big pond. The parking lot was full so we knew it was a popular place. They also have 2 Professional frisbee golf courses which was fun to watch. Our food was delicious and big portions. I had a Philly Cheesesteak with delicious crispy onion rings and hubby had a burger and fries. We really could have split a meal . I took half of mine for dinner. Staff and service was great. We sat inside but they also had a back porch which would be nice when the weather is cooler. Definitely our new fav burger place.
