In my attempts to call at least three different stores, I get the "Third Degree" as to WHY I wish to call the store...with THIS particular store (Preston and Belt Line, Addison, TX), my reply that I preferred to speak with someone at the actual store was not sufficient, and I was told they DON'T HAVE A NUMBER! RIDICULOUS! In another situation, it took me quite some time convincing a call center rep to get the Wylie, TX location's number until I gave the reason that I was an EXCELLENT customer, but that could quickly change if I was not given the local number! It was only then that it was, grudgingly, given. Perhaps "Corporate" needs reminding that Central Market, Captain Dave's, Hirsch's Meats, etc. are just short jaunts away and I can directly speak to those at each actual location with ease.
