Wedge's home made blue cheese dressing is so good. Generous salad portion. Mussel dish was my favorite. The broth that it comes with has chorizo, guindilla peppers and overall addicting. Entrees we tried the branzino and the octopus. Octopus was awesome but it needed a squeeze of lemon. Her branzino with clams and couscous was perfect. Ambiance is lively and chill at the same time. Really cool inside. The afogato with the pistachio gelato was honestly probably one the best desserts I've had. Jazmine was our server. She coursed everything out perfectly, nade good suggestions when she mentioned mocktails were unavailable and seriously provided us with excellent service. Coming back to try a few other dishes and the scallops. Come try them out.

I sat at the bar and was greeted right away. I wanted an Apple martini but they didn't have the Apple. I asked if they had Yuzu and he did! The bartender made me a Yuzu Martini- 10 of 10. I ordered half dozen oysters on the half shell. They were fresh and tasty. For my main course I had the Prime rib sandwhich & fries. DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with prime rib, caramelized onions, a horse radish aoli, and au ju dipping sauce.execution was perfect and it was a pretty big serving. I saved and ate the rest the next day at home-still just as good. Im definitely going to visit again and try some more of their menuz

Cooked them medium rare, and they were a bit tough, had gristle, and the flavor was about what I would expect at Tom Thumb or Kroger. Pretty disappointed and just feel like everything is way overpriced. I could be wrong, but I expect the freshest meat possible when I go to a butcher. If the steaks had been amazing, I wouldn't have cared about the price. In the past, I have purchased a prime rib, which was good but not great. The best thing I have purchased are their pork chops. Those were excellent, and the only reason this is getting three stars.

My husband had found a couple of options in Plano, and we were actually on our way there when I decided to do a quick search. That's when I found Deep Cuts based on the amazing reviews--and we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was. As soon as you walk in, the shop is immaculately clean with a really cool look to it, and they were even playing great house music, which added to the vibe. Raul helped us and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the cuts of meat. We were looking for certain cuts, and he walked us through everything with so much expertise. We ended up getting the tri-tip, the picanha, and the marinated skirt steak to try based on the reviews. We're definitely coming back for the pork belly, and we want to try their Italian beef sandwiches during the week too. Raul mentioned we can always call ahead to make sure they have the cuts we want, which is super helpful. We were genuinely impressed with this butcher shop. Everyone working there was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I haven't seen a butcher shop like this since I lived in Chicago. This is officially our new go-to butcher. Five stars all the way.
