Sam's Kebab is one of those spots you find once and keep going back to. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The meats are perfectly seasoned and grilled just right, tender on the inside with that slight char that makes every bite better. The rice is fluffy, the salads are crisp, and the sauces tie everything together beautifully. The garlic sauce especially stands out. It adds just the right kick without overpowering the dish. Service is friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has that comfortable neighborhood feel. You can tell they care about both the food and the people walking through the door. If you're craving quality Mediterranean food that hits every time, Sam's Kebab is a solid choice. Definitely worth the visit.

Do yourself a favor and do not come here. I was discriminated against and told that they don't upset EBT upfront. This was after I had already purchased something. We purchased 2 chicken Lula's and 1 Beef Lula. The food was also subpar for the price of $25 per plate average. After what happened I IMMEDIATELY got up and left.

I always come here specifically when my family visits me. We order food to go or sometimes eat here. Yesterday on my birthday they were so warm and even provided a creatively plated long grain rice with a candle on it. I will give the thought ans gesture a 10. They played a birthday song and many of them sang as well. They plated our orders family style and the simplicity of it added a fair of warmth and a spirit of celebration. Thank you to Sam's management and employees for a genuine birthday gesture. I sure Will come back for more of your delicious food. And oh the couple who was with me yesterday are from Washington, DC who were just in town. Their daughter who is a doctor works at the white house and they told me they will be at your place when in town..Thanks again!

Lately been going.to Van Nuys and l saw this guy grillling on the sidewalk and it smelled so good , that l decided to have lunch here , and believe it was sooooooo good ,all meats including pork ribs, beef, chicken ,lamb ,fish ,etc are grilled with charcoal , price not.bad for all the goodies that come on a wooden plate , it's a hole in the wall buy the food is just tasty , service is good too ,ambiance little music playing while you eat !

The kebabs were really good, a street food experience with delicious flavors, the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The inside of the restaurant is kind of dull so my recommendation would be to do takeout instead.

This place is charming. grilling to order on the sidewalk and family working the whole place. I've had a lot of kebab wraps, but the pork ikibir is genuinely special with some sort of tomato mixture inside. It's also a generous portion. Absolutely love this place. When you walk in, the customer service is amazing and they always greet you with smiles. The ambiance in the restaurant is a very relaxing vibe, especially with the aquarium! On the main reason why I always go here. The food tastes absolute phenomenal. The beef with lavash is what I always get, and I always get it medium rare. It's perfectly seasoned and he tomato sauce they make in house is absolutely delicious. Sams kebab hooked it up yesterday for sure.the party platter for 10 they made for my family was more then what my expectations were. The food was set in a huge circle sturdy metal tray. Nothing floppy . They even said I can keep the tray. The food was so amazing that I had people that don't eat lamb .... Eating lamb and saying it taste better then beef. Beautiful presentation and very nice and helpful staff that will help you carry your food to your car for you. Thank you everyone. Got a new happy customer for life . read more

Came in on a Saturday evening after 8 was easy to read the menu and take my order. My wife and I ordered 2 beef kebabs. Absolutely amazing and delicious, the beef was seasoned perfect and the rice was cooked perfect. The side salad was just that. The beef was mouth watering perfectly cooked no fat pieces and no chewy pieces. My wife absolutely love it! Costumer service was nice very friendly and helpful. read more

An incredible and affordable family run business! Got a catering platter for Father's day! Abundant amount of different meats, vegetables, bread and the potatoes! Potatoes were so good! Ordered Chicken Lule Kabob plate to-go for $16. Customer service was great and only waited 15min for food to be done. The chicken lule, the rice, and side salad was delicious and amazing, although I do wish I ordered some hummus or tzatziki on the side to eat with the lavash and plate. Oh my GOD!!! I always pass by and see the old man bbqing. I knew i had to try. I called last minute and placed two bbq mix orders. So amazing!! Saw them BBQing while driving down Victory BLVd and made a quick turn around to pick up dinner. This great Armenian Kebab house is a gem in this neighborhood. Fresh marinated kebabs give you a multitude of choices along with potatoes, peppers and tomatoes (you need to try them all). I got the chicken breast BBQ plate and it was amazing. Perfectly marinated and BBq'd, super juicy & oh so good. I got the BBQ pork ribs for my hubby who was literally speechless eating it. This is now our fave Kebab place in the valley. Went back for more! I had the Lamb Kebab combo all for myself, this time. And, it was still mouthwatering, and the presentation was beautiful! My friend had the Rib combo and it was also delicious and beautiful! This time, we ordered & split the grilled potatoes, and they were pretty tasty. There was no strong smells or sounds this time! Ordered the kebab plate combo and it was really delicious! It was nice and juicy and tender it came with rice , salad, jalapeños, bbq'd tomato and some lavash! It's a new location by my house so I thought i should give it a shot and surely I wasn't disappointed! Keep it up guys I'll definitely be coming back! Came here as a recommendation from a friend. The service was great as the employees are really friendly. The food was pretty tasty as well. The reason I give them 4 stars is because the rice was a bit bland for me and the grilled tomato came cold which i'm used to eating hot. Walked in and was ignored. The restaurant was empty and two employees were at a register. I walked up and one employee even made eye contact with me, kept his frown, and went back to what he was doing without any acknowledgment. Again, completely empty restaurant. It's fine if you can't help me right away, but at least acknowledge me. Literally the foundation of customer service. read more

Literally the best kebab in town, I usually get the chicken kebab plate and it never fails. The chicken is beyond Juicy and flavorful, the rice is perfectly cooked the the pita is always served hot and fresh. Went here last night to satisfy my late night cravings. Most Armenian places take forever to cook and the food is average. Sam's Kebab definitely blew my mind. It was a fun vibe, felt very traditional everything was neatly arranged and food cooked right in front of me. The owner was a very nice man and he helped me pick out the right item off the menu to satisfy my cravings, and had a nice conversation with me. I live right around the corner and am for sure going to be back everytime I crave fresh barbecue. The chicken barbecue and potatoes were to die for along with the rice and salad they serve it with. read more

We were warmly greeted and treated to a plethora of samples. We decided to take several of the refrigerated samples for a picnic lunch. We wound up with the samra, hummus, mouhamara, and the ikra eggplant. All were delicious. Now that I've discovered this place, I can't wait to come back!

On January 17th at 6:30 PM, I entered the establishment with my service animal, who was wearing his vest and identification tag, and was repeatedly refused service by the gentleman behind the counter. Despite informing him that my animal is indeed a service animal and detailing the specific services it provides, he continued to deny me service and demanded that I leave. This behavior is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which protects the rights of individuals with service animals. read more
