This laundry has a worker young female that has a horrible attitude, she treated me very Ruly when I was asking for assistance. Her attitude was so bad that I would never come back here ever again. If I could I would give zero stars ! The machine steals my quarters so I go to the laundry attendant and ask for assistance. She then opens my washer and then ask if I put the soap on too which I did due to that being the proper procedure ! She then states I was suppose to put the soap inside with the clothes since that whole row of machines does work but no sign is posted to advise anyone ! I then ask her what is going to happen and she states the machines never lie or steal . I advise her I understand that but I am not lying or trying to steal a free wash ! She then looks at me lost and states to pay so that I can wash . I am not a confrontational person so I state i understand her and decide to just pay again ! Definitely not coming back ! read more

I thought this place was great at first. Its not. They literally dont have hand soap in the bathroom nor at the sink by the machines. Their dryers will kill your clothes!!! The dryers get so hot it thins out your clothes. Even on medium setting. U have to do it three times to dry all of your clothes. Its like barely any air coming through to actually dry them, just the heat. And their washers are expensive!!! Expensive. Its crazy. I cant believe ive came here a few times. Im going to find myself elsewhere now. Im super disappointed. Theyve got their system all wrong in there. Something about this place just isnt right. Its like they are scammers. read more

Ok, where do I begin..... so the evening I decided to show up (10/7/17) was an interesting one for sure. For starters there is no ramp to this place, so if your in a wheel chair forget it! There is a wood plank outside of one of the markets but it's placed directly in front of a parking spot that everyone uses. So in other words.... no ramp. The cost of each mashing use was reasonable, as like most of the laundromat sin the area. Almost all of the mach news where broken, limiting the use to only a select few. (Luckily not very many people where there.) last but not lease the roach infestation! Yes there are these lovely critters roaming about this place as well as in the machines. read more

All laundries last longer, same quality and not damaged from broken and not efficient machine. I've been coming here all my life, and it's recently been remodeled with new washers and dryers. They work great but its WAAAAY, too hot in there. It feels like 100° inside. There seems to be no ventilation, because you can hardly breathe properly from how humid it is inside. And many clients were sweating and sitting outside to avoid the lack of oxygen lol, that's the only issue I see. read more

The place is clean and quite at 645am. There is a small store in the back that sells all kinds of things. The cashier of the store kept starring at me to the point I had to laugh because there are over 10 cameras so I wasn't sure what that was about. The Spanish channel is on the television and quite loud for 6 in the morning. Washers were good and got the job done. I wouldn't want to see this place when it's busy. read more

Okay so prices were a little better but quality was not. The water is non existent for the rinse cycle, all signs were in Spanish and the attendant working could not speak a lick of English. Supremely annoyed as this is the second laundromat today with crappy products and service. I guess I will stay home and wash and make sure my fiance doesn't let it pile up because there are No good Laundromat's in the valley. read more

This place is terrible. I am never going back! The woman named Alma is just rude! The machines are old and some are defective. They do not refund the quarters, they only give store credit. The place is dirty and the staff is not accommodating at all. I'd rather pay a little bit more, go to a clean place with new equipments and deal with polite staff. I do not recommend this business. Find another place to do your laundry and save yourself a lot of headache. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years because it was close to where i lived. I have moved and frankly today will be my last day here. Please explain to me how people who weren't here when i started washing are already drying their clothes? Oh yeah maybe because the dry is free!!!! Get here in early am before 9 if you can. I got here 8 on a Saturday no one here. Perfect for college students. Cheaper to wash here than our complex clothes are clean. Very impressed for the price. Kept clean here. Although, they charge 25cents to use the bathroom. W/e read more

Place is going down hill quick. No air conditioner or fans plus there's only one exit so there is no way to air to circulate. It gets hot and stuffy in here quick. Especially when drying. If nothing changes, going to have to go to another place. read more

This is a gross place. The walls are peeling and there was trash outside the trash can. I hated being here.

Rude. They have a sign by the coin machine that says the store will help with change. I went to the store and they must have thought I wasn't doing laundry and denied me smaller bills. While standing there a cockroach scatters past me. None of the lights on the $1.50 machines work so it's a guessing game when to add softener lol. read more

I have been a client for 5 years and it have been always a good experience. No complaints till yesterday, it's summer, high temperatures in the valley and the owner of the buissness decides not to have the AC on, plus there are no fans at all! People was sweating as if they have completed they cardio workout. I couldn't finish folding my clothes and left with my two kids. read more

Disgusting. Roach infested. Staff blame you instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence. Dirty floors and folding stations. Washers and dryers malfunction (e.g. select cold water and only hot water comes out, machines don't register when you insert quarters). Rather than repair, staff are conditioned to place tape on machines. Lesson learned. read more
