There was a little more work than initially discovered with the attic inspection, but it was all still within original expectations, so no additional costs were incurred. This was another great example of their honesty and professionalism. The true test came this past weekend, where there was significant rainfall for a few hours. My attic is bone-dry and safe, and I can't think of a better way to say: excellent job!

(All three of these professionals walked the roof to inspect and came to the same conclusion). I remembered that approx. 20 yrs ago, in a different house, Cox roofing replaced our roof and built a new porch. So I called them for my 4th estimate and was told by Mr. Cox that the roof around the chimney felt weak and the top of the chimney didn't appear damaged. He recommended that we repair the roof around the chimney and if we still saw the leak we would revisit the chimney top. I am not rolling in dough so this sounded wonderful. They gave me a quote and while I was at work I received a text with pictures of the completely rotted roof around the chimney that they were tearing out. It was horrible. My son arrived home before I did and Mr. Cox was gone the roof was beautiful!!! and there was a bill taped to the door along with a piece of the damaged plywood roof. The job was deeper than they expected and his price was more than reasonable. I am so grateful for his honesty and his professional work. Did I say how beautiful our roof looks and that you cannot even tell where he tied in the new shingles!!!!! 20+ years and I received the exact same professional and HONEST service!!!!!! I cannot sing their praises ehogh for how grateful I am!!! P.S. 2 nights after the repair we had a huge rain storm And....Not a drop of water anywhere!!!!!

First of all, Clint has been in the business a long time as a roofer and an adjuster for insurance companies. He *is* the business, he doesn't just go sell a job and farm it out to some third-rate contractors. He put on the nicest roof I've ever seen with an incredible eye for detail. He fixed numerous issues that the old roof had. He added proper ventilation, a really nice looking z-ridge on the peaks, did it the right way. The service is outstanding, from beginning to end. He takes pride in his work. He explained everything along the way. He was out working with the crew. He inspected everything and fixed a few things himself that he wanted done a little more precisely. He also came out after his crews had cleaned to take a second pass at cleaning. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review.
