I contacted Lone Star Solar Screens and they were able to give me a quote that day. The contractor was knowledgable and helpful. He helped me decide on the best shade percent for the window and pointed out a missing screw hole that was needed in the middle of the window frame to ensure this screen pull away did not happen again. I agreed to the quote and paid the affordable price that day. The new frame was made in a day or two and installed while I was away in just a few minutes. This all occurred because of the great communication I had with the contractor who nicely let me know when to expect the new shade and he noted if I wasn't home to just leave the gate open to allow the install. Having my solar shade blow off my house was pretty scary but resolving it was a piece of cake thanks to Lone Star Solar Screens!
