I did wanted a steel toe boot as well, so i bought the Reebok TiaHawk tan leather steel toe boot, which is more like a low cur boot but yet comfortable with good grip and while they didn't have the black leather, i end up getting the tan baseball glove color leather which is very stylish! Overall this shopping spree came out to $210+tax but i did have a coupon a with the internet discount, i end up paying $160 for the entire transaction, superb savings. I only goto to the store to get an idea of sizes and to possibly try it out, to make sure that when i order online i dont have to return shoes. So far i am loving mu shoes and the savings are always awesome! I been wearing my Timbs for 2 weeks and they are so comfortable and most importantly they protect me from the elements.

My son then remembered Eneslow, where my niece had previously purchased her shoes and was extremely happy with them. She actually wore her new pair when we went back, which says it all! When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Raul again. He had helped my niece before, and once again he was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He really knows his products and immediately understood the type of rocker shoe I was looking for. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the choices. Raul was just as attentive and helpful with my niece as well, which we truly appreciated. To make the day even more special, my son surprised me by buying two pairs for Valentine's Day. It was truly such a thoughtful Valentine's surprise and very much needed! I absolutely love my shoes. For years now, I have purchased bags for work, everyday errands and all my boots and shoes from Madewell. Classics I currently own include: Zip top transporter tote, court sneakers that are the best leather weekend sneakers (so chic) , the Sydney crossbody, leather card case/ passport case: pouch, the Julien lug sole boot in suede. You name it, if it's leather this is where I got it. My local Madewell, the Roosevelt Field location is currently under renovation with no notice so I had to call Manhasset to see if this location had the shoe I was looking for. Over the phone, the associate was patient, attentive and took the time to really assist me. I went in, needed help with an additional shoe that I was trying to exchange. The shoe had a manufacture defect and one shoe was smaller than the other. The associate picked up on it right away and found me another in the same size and brought me another that fit like a glove. Overall, I was in and out the store in about 30 mins. From sales floor to the register the transaction was smooth and respectful. Can def see myself making this store my default.

Instead, she dismissed me, sucked her teeth, walked away without a word, and falsely told the Assistant Manager the dress was not in your system--even though I had proof of purchase. Because I found her behavior suspicious, I recorded part of the encounter on audio, which supports my account in addition to your in-store camera footage. This evidence clearly shows Trudy failed to follow procedure and misrepresented the situation to her manager. When confronted, Trudy displayed open hostility. After I told her she was being racist, she abandoned the register and walked off the job mid-transaction. The Assistant Manager later said they would make an "exception" to process the return, which was insulting since I had a valid receipt. The store manager's nonchalant response further demonstrated a lack of seriousness in handling this discrimination.
