My son then remembered Eneslow, where my niece had previously purchased her shoes and was extremely happy with them. She actually wore her new pair when we went back, which says it all! When we arrived, we were fortunate to meet Raul again. He had helped my niece before, and once again he was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He really knows his products and immediately understood the type of rocker shoe I was looking for. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the choices. Raul was just as attentive and helpful with my niece as well, which we truly appreciated. For years now, I have purchased bags for work, everyday errands and all my boots and shoes from Madewell. Classics I currently own include: Zip top transporter tote, court sneakers that are the best leather weekend sneakers (so chic) , the Sydney crossbody, leather card case/ passport case: pouch, the Julien lug sole boot in suede. You name it, if it's leather this is where I got it. My local Madewell, the Roosevelt Field location is currently under renovation with no notice so I had to call Manhasset to see if this location had the shoe I was looking for. Over the phone, the associate was patient, attentive and took the time to really assist me. I went in, needed help with an additional shoe that I was trying to exchange. The shoe had a manufacture defect and one shoe was smaller than the other. The associate picked up on it right away and found me another in the same size and brought me another that fit like a glove. Overall, I was in and out the store in about 30 mins. From sales floor to the register the transaction was smooth and respectful. Can def see myself making this store my default.

The whole clothing section was clean with plenty of options to choose from. The changing rooms were also clean and spacious. The whole concept of Marshalls is it sells designer clothes at a discount because regular department stores may not have been able to sell some of these clothes during the in-season, the sizes were not able to be sold, etc. I saw tons of clothes from well-known companies. I came out with 3 work pants, 2 sweaters, and another pair of pants that could pass for work pants all for less than $150. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you are trying to save and on a budget.

On my first trip, I was able to see a Large in Caviar and a Small in Lambskin. On my second trip, I was able to see the Medium in Caviar and in Lambskin but both with silver hardware. The employee let me try on the Small and the Medium to see which I liked more and told me to keep in touch with Anita because the bags come and go. I was glad that I could finally narrow down the type of handbag that I wanted since it is such a big purchase.
