I placed an online order. It was placed early AM. I needed to cancel it right away. They claimed you need to cancel within 60 of order. I tried but the offices were closed and the virtual assistant was no help. I reached out the them this morning and was given the run around about canceling options. This was very inconvenient and unfair. They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor or manager. This is NO WAY to run a business. Very disappointed and displeased. read more

2.5 stars. This is one of the smaller Lululemon stores I've been to in a weird mall called the Americana in Manhasset NY. I found a cute outfit for my daughters birthday which I took a photo of. I was not that impressed with the employees. They seemed to be unenthusiastic to say the least. The sale items were sparse so I went for a full frontal retail and bought it. It wasn't the greatest experience at Lululemon and I don't think I will be back anytime soon. read more

I am a huge lululemon fan. I came here after the renovation and added pictures before to show the awesome remodeled look! This store is the only store on LI that has the APL shoes that are shown online. I've always wanted to try the shoes on before purchasing them so it was awesome they are displayed right as you walk in. The store is huge, very updated and has a nice clean, modern look to the store. The customer service is kind of lacking though which is disappointing. I know sometimes people like to come in and just get their business done with. But I came by this Saturday an hour before closing and it was just a very cold vibe. I was looking for a specific pair of leggings and figured I'd check the store closer to my home. Not one representative offered a greeting or offered to help me as I stared at the leggings cubby. It just was weird and completely different than the vibe I always get at Lululemon Roosevelt field. Just hoping the customer service improves in manhasset. It was very disappointing the lack I help I received and how all the workers kept among themselves. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, especially from a high-end retailer. My husband bought me a pair of yoga pants for Christmas online. Went to the store to exchange them because they were much too long, and they did not have the shorter length so wanted to get a store credit. After waiting online for 1/2 an hour, I was told that I could only exchange them for an in-store purchase or they would order them online. They were sold out online as well, so she pretty much told me I was out of luck especially since I did not have the order information. I went back the next day with the order information and online receipt (they do not issue gift receipts online), again waited on line for at least 1/2 hour and again was told I had to exchange for something in the store or online. Refused to give me a store credit. Completely unacceptable and because of this will never go back. read more

Someone please yell at me to go workout... One of the better lululemons in new york. And I been to every lulu lemon in new york aready so that says alot. People were extreamly friendly and helpful. I felt like the whole store was catering to me. Especially since I ask a question and they two people went out of there way to help me find it or hold my stuff. It was like I'm haveing a personal shopping exprence. But then again there wasn't many customers to Begin with. The prices are on the high side for active wear clothing. Almost all lululemon clothing are meant for sport like activities. they are an amazing material that is good for when you sweat and when you're really active. Found a few things that looked amaze. So this review is actually two fold. I went to buy the Wunder leggings after I heard about how amazing they are from a 14 year old and well.. yeah.. I wanted them. So these leggings are not Cheap, they are $100.00 which is way out of my legging budget but if a 14 year old with no Job can have them, then so can I. I walked into the store where I found the leggings folded perfectly piled one on top of the other. I asked an employee a question and she was perfectly polite but there were 2 other employees literally talking about me as I kept coming out to get different lengths to try on. I am used to young people talking about me ( I do work in a middle school ) but for the average person wanting to have a nice Experience spending their hard earned money on a pair of overpriced leggings that are supposed to make you feel on top of the world, these employees could make it an uncomfortable experience. All that being said, the leggings are probably the best pair that I have ever had and I want to wear them 24/7.. They truly feel like a Second skin without being see through at all. I went to the store today for leggings at around 11:45AM. The employees did not greet me. I started looking at the black leggings for my size. The employees were no where to be found. This location doesn't seem to carry large sizes like the website. Since I did not get any assistance or acknowledgement, I walked out of the store and headed to their competitor Althleta. Poor customer service - my online order had been canceled and they didn't even notify me until I arrived at the store and asked to pick up. Also, not a single employee offered to help me find or place my order at another Lulu store. Not a single apology for the lack of notification either. Will never shop here again! I love their products but this store really botched my leggings. I went in to get a pair of leggings shortened that I had and when I picked them up and brought them home one leg was THREE INCHES LONGER than the other leg! I've tried to call the store but it goes to voicemail. I had to contact the company online to have them process my return. So now I have to wait several weeks before I get my gift card send to me. Next time I'll just pay for someone else to do a good job instead of getting them ruined for free. read more

Lululemon has the best quality fitness clothes.. No doubt. My favorite are the in the flow crop pants which I have in almost every color. However, I must say the staff is great and the service us exceptional. Last year I bought a backpack ( which I used and abused every day stuffing it which everything and anything). The poor thing couldn't take the weight at one point and the zipper ripped. On one of my weekly trips to the store I mentioned this to one if the managers and with no hesitation they gave me a brand new back pack. read more

From personal experience, the floor sales people are super friendly and the managers are always willing to please customers. Lululemon, in general, takes care of their customers. That's why their items are priced the way they are. The sales floor is usually clean, neatly organized and you can find things easily. Their pants are in cubbies all the way in the back are arranged by size and color. The dressing room attendants are friendly and will ask you if you need anything such as different sizing, color, etc. Overall, this is my go-to Lululemon store being in the Queens/Long Island area. The Roosevelt location is also close enough but don't have as much stock. I prefer the Manhasset location. read more

I love lululemon athletic wear. It is by far more durable and fits more comfortable than any other yoga clothes I own. The Manhassett location is bigger than Garden city and seemed to have more styles. Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Yes, the clothing is exppensive but if you use your workout clothes constantly then it reallly is an investment. As for wahing , I do wash my lulemon clothes with like materials or even separetly and they are fine. I wear them for hot yoga and when they are wet it hardly feels like they are wet because oft he special uon material. read more

I know the store is open because it says so on the web site. all I want is to ask if they have something in stock so I can go over and get it.
