Honestly I don't understand all the negative reviews about this store. I went on a Sunday…read moreafternoon, when the store theoretically should be torn up, and it was neat clean and organized. Perfectly zoned and all the clothes were in size order. There was an abundance of staff, so much so that the lady was folding clothes behind me as I shopped. For those saying the lines are always long, well... yeah. They are. That's old navy. The secret to this is to wait for a lull in the line and then quickly slip in there. If I had one negative, it's that this store seems somehow smaller than others I've been to. Not sure why this is, but I usually can spend a long time browsing in Old Navy and this time I felt I had seen all they had to offer in a matter of 15 minutes. Overall, fine. I prefer the Lake Grove location because of the size. But it's easy to shop, staffed well, and there's plenty of parking.

The store has nice items, but make sure you clarify the return policy.... I came to return a pair…read moreof jeans that I bought 2 weeks ago... I'm assuming the owner helped me with the return, and she tried to first convince me that I bought the jeans over 30 days ago, but the receipt only said 2 weeks obviously. She then told me since the jeans were on clearance that I could only do an exchange... when I originally bought the jeans I specifically asked what the return policy was because I did not have time to try them on in the store. The employee told me there was no issue or any policy when it comes to returning and I could return them with no problem. Overall, I had to argue with the rude owner to get my money back... she needs to work on her customer service skills if she wants to own a successful business... I now see why there were no customers in the store.
