They have a team of call center staff who pretend to direct your call to the appropriate department, but out of the 15 times I called, every single one went straight to voicemail. That should have been red flag #1. There were no questions or follow-ups from the company until I reached out the day before the event to confirm their arrival time. That was red flag #2 -- it felt like the company was more focused on getting paid than actually putting in the work or communicating professionally beforehand. Prior to the event, I clearly informed the valet company that this was a private residence in Beverly Hills and that the parking lot would be located on the property. I specifically urged them to bring an additional vehicle for their own transportation because the driveway is long and walking back and forth would be difficult. I also made sure to confirm everything with the manager, Art, beforehand, and he gave me a thumbs up indicating we were all set. Despite this, my concerns were ignored until the day of the event, when I was suddenly charged an extra $325 for allegedly not informing them in advance. I have text receipts documenting these conversations and was honestly baffled by the level of miscommunication, lack of accountability, and poor service throughout the entire process. They also repeatedly spam-called and emailed me, and even threatened legal action over the additional charge. What makes this even more unreasonable is that it was Mother's Day weekend and I was out of office at the time. The entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. For a company that never answers your calls when you actually need them, they suddenly became very responsive when it came time to demand additional payment. To make matters even worse, they began sending repeated payment requests via Venmo, even though I was never the designated payer. They appeared to have simply looked up my phone number and sent the requests directly. This felt intrusive and unprofessional, and definitely harassment.

They moved guests in and out of their cars efficiently, always making sure everyone had a large umbrella so no one got soaked. When it was time to pick up my car, I handed over my ticket and as I was waiting (which was not long at all) EVERY staff member who passed by me checked in to make sure I was already being helped. All were professional and knowledgeable (e.g. they knew my specific neighborhood and its parking constraints; they provided realistic estimates about how many cars I'd probably need parked based on number of confirmed guests, and all three gave honest advice about whether a valet service would even be needed), but Jose's price was by far the best deal. The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there.
