I recently worked with Valet-It on a wedding and I loved them! Leading up to the wedding, their communication and customer service was on point. On the day-of, they arrived on time and were pretty much self-sufficient throughout the night (it's a planner's dream to not have to babysit or micro-manage other vendors!). Thank you, Valet-it! I booked Valet-It for a client event and the service was seamless. So seamless that I barely had to do anything. While I was busy coordinating the event, they arrived, set up and started parking cars with virtually no assist needed from me. Def recommended read more

Valet-It is top notch service! They are a pleasure to do business with and have successfully handled a high volume music industry holiday event for us two years in a row now. Very professional service and great communication all the way around. Highly recommend! read more

Valet-It was very attentive with my calls, requests and last minute changes to my reservation for an event. The valet drivers were very helpful and took direction well. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Let me start by saying this review is long overdue. We have been using this company for years now and can't think of going with someone else for valet services. Last weekend we hired them for my birthday party since parking around my house is really tough. The staff as usual was very welcoming to all our arriving guests and looked sharp in their uniforms. They are quick and responsible, we never have any issues of items missing from the car, cars being scratched and etc, you can fully trust them. And to top it off we really appreciated it when they refused to give car keys to our friend who had too much to drink and was insisting to drive on his own. Five stars. read more

Updating because I'm still unfortunately having to deal with this company. After they cancelled the day before my event they still charged me my "final payment" today, three weeks after my event. Seems there is a lot of miscommunication and disorganization. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for valet services. read more

I attended my friends party last week which I honestly wasn't going to attend since it was pouring buckets. They told me they were going to have valet but I for sure thought valet weren't going to work in such condition as I got half way there. Sure enough I show up and there's yellow jacketed super valet smiling cheek to cheek excited to work. There are some people we cross paths with in our day to day lives but forget to stop and appreciate them I wanted to take a moment to thank these attendants for working in all kinds of conditions to ensure we have a fun time and stay dry. Thank you Valet-It for having such amazing personnel. read more

I booked this service for my sister in laws baby shower at my parents home in LA. Some of the guests were older and street parking can be a little tricky. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Answered all of my questions. We're extremely reasonably priced. The day of the event came and the two guys who came (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) were professional looking & beyond helpful and super nice guys all around. Everyone commented that the guys were so nice and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend this valet company to anyone. Stop looking for other services and book here! read more

Recently had them over for my daughters 15th birthday, they did a great job with all the cars and parking. No items missing from any cars, we have used them more than once and they always pull through and do a phenomenal job, family and friends appreciate them. We did not pay to type this, overall I would 100% recommend them, they know what they're doing and are always on it. read more

Amazing service. They were sharp on time and very professional. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks Kal

Hardest place is LA for parking. I'm glad I found this company to take care of my guests at my event. Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say.  they were very open to constructive criticism and cooperating with everyone and flexible with our needs. I would definitely recommend valet-it to anyone needs parking consultation and/or management. read more

We might be resolving these issues. Let's hope this company can cover its tracks, and make things right.

I recently valeted at at a center in Culver City that really had quality personnel working there. The traffic is insane in that area adjacent to the 405 freeway. I decided to get a coffee from Starbucks and take a rest as I had a long drive to Valencia and it was rush hour. Now it's much expected and become the norm to circle around for an hour to find parking anywhere in Los Angeles. Not for Starbucks though they usually position a quick park so you can run in and out UNLESS the branch is in a shopping plaza. This Starbucks sat in a pretty congested center and if it wasn't for Valet-It I would have been searching for a parking spot for quite some time. It's the first time I valet my car for a coffee. But the ease of giving my car to a friendly FAST worker is much needed now a days. It certainly made me feel more welcomed and hassle free. read more

So this review is a bit different...the valet driver lost my car key and the customer service, billing and claims team did an amazing job assisting me with my situation. They promptly communicated via email and phone to ensure we were taken care of. The length that they went to get this issue resolved was seriously amazing!! They went above and beyond to replace our keys as well as deactivate our old ignition...upon our request as I work at the place the key was lost. I was going to take off one star because of my key being lost, but they went out of their way to make things right. Anyways, in the end, they did the ethical thing and I can't say how thankful we are. Thanks again Valet it! read more

As a multi unit restaurant operator I found parking to be high priority element in the success of a restaurant, second to its location. I came to learn they actually go hand in hand. Valet-It team helped a great deal in getting our locations permitted, licensed, insured, and approved by various agencies to implement a proper valet service. They are constantly looking to improve and grow their technology and procedures to meet and surpass our expectations. Thank you Valet-It read more

Just want to let everyone know that this is actually the first negative review I have ever written on yelp. I am so beyond frustrated with this company. This company works in the building that I live in and one of their employees lost the key to my G wagon over four months ago. Till this day they have not replaced my key or compensated me for a new replacement key. I have done everything on my end to help them expedite the process of replacing my key, but they find excuses to delay the process. The main issue was that they had high turnover with their staff at one point and ended up hiring a careless employee that either took my key home or lost the key and ultimately quit their job. So now they refuse to take accountability for the fact that they hired irresponsible staff that pockets and loses keys. I've been calling their claims dept and speaking to Dilia who has reassured me they were on top of it but now it's going on close to 5 months! I expected it to take some time but not this long. This is so unprofessional- I would never consider working with them or hiring them for any events knowing that this is what they do when there's an issue. read more

Valet-It couldn't have been more perfect for our Memorial. Abby was was thorough with communication throughout the planning process. His entire team was polite and professional. I couldn't believe the fair estimate we received especially the location being a weekend and near Abbot Kinney in Venice. I highly recommend booking them for any type of event! read more

This is the only Valet parking service I will ever use. I needed Valet services for a corporate event last min. I was recommended, "Valet-it." By a friend but I was worried that it was too short notice. When I called I spoke to Kal and he was able to book me a staff less than 3 hours before the even. He literally saved me from parking armageddon. Highly recommend! read more

As a Realestate broker specializing in high end property rentals in Los Angeles we often need service providers and vendors for our clients. Events on a weekly basis require Valet-It Parking Services to show up on a 48 hour notice and guess what.. They show up early and they do an AMAZING JOB! I have yet to find a service provider that I don't have any complaints from in Los Angeles that's unheard of. The team is very friendly and polite. Customer service comes first. We see eye to eye on that. I love love working with this company and would recommend them and vouch for them in a heart beat -- only because they are insured from head to tow and refuse to pay their employees cash and require everyone to be on their workers comp plan which everyone one of our clients needs to verify every time we book them. Peace of mind-- competitive pricing -- top tier service-- WHAT MORE CAN WE ASK FOR!! Thank you VALET-IT for surpassing our expectations at every event we hire you. Best of luck and success we are happy to see you grow year after year read more

After our planner dropped the ball I called Abby in the late afternoon less than 24 hours prior to my father in laws memorial, and she came through for us. If you live in the valley you know how challenging street parking can be. When it is nearly 100 degrees in October and most of the mourners are over 65 you cannot expect them to park their own cars and walk in the afternoon. The valets that worked our party were amazing, I feel terrible that I cannot remember their names to add to this review, it was an busy and emotional day. The way they handled the massive influx of cars and the traffic on the streets was nothing short of outstanding. As the event wound down they made sure everyone got their cars promptly and moved the cars into the driveway for those that were staying late. I would recommend them to anyone in need of valet. And if you are questioning if you need a valet or not, just do it! The cost is worth it and your guests will thank you. We are so thankful that this company was able to help us with such short notice and do it so very professionally. read more

Good customer service is (as I have said many many times on this forum) HUGE for me. Your product could be mediocre, but if you have great customer service, I'm in. Valet-It's customer service from tip to tail was fantastic and dealing with all parties working there - an absolute breeze. Even after my initial quote (which I suspected was too low given my event location and parking nightmares in the area) getting in touch with someone was never a long arduous or insane process. When the new quote came in, it was higher, but not exorbitant and because Abby was such a rock star, I decided to book them. The afternoon before my event I called in a total panic about time frames and Abby was totally chill about it- which definitely made me feel less panicky. The valet gentleman were great, on time and very courteous. As I mentioned, the location was a bit of a nightmare and these guys set up shop and did their thing without needing me to answer 600 questions- they just got the job done, and well. I will 100% without question be utilizing their services in the future and refer them to my friends and colleagues. read more

I have never written a review . However , after the service I received from Abby at Valet-it I couldn't not write a review . She was incredibly amazing ! She was very personable and on top of our event details . We made 100 changes and she just kept up with it all . I will be using her services for all our family events . Thank you valet -it ! read more

Valet-It's Yelp reviews can be deceiving and so can their contracts and customer strategy. I used this group once for a big event but wasn't particularly impressed, but because of the nature of the business I decided to give them another opportunity for a bigger event. When I had to cancel three weeks in advance they refused to refund me a significant deposit. Unbelievable since they rendered no services. I'm not sure how legal it is to do this but it seemed unconscionable. I was trying to lock down my vendors and they kept pressuring me with emails. I regret not going to the other vendors that I checked out on yelp Who would have gladly refunded my deposit knowing there would be lots of future work. Find a valet company knows how to do customer service better than these guys. read more

Thank you Valet-It team for an extraordinary performance at our babyshower. 6 years and 4 babies later our family appreciates all your hard work and dedication. From signs and decorations and equipment everything couldn't have been better. If you want a company that goes above and beyond and make sure you are in caring hands there's one company way to go. Parking cars is definitely challenging in LA. I'm a firm believer that service providers are probably all capable of parking as it's not rocket science but the process, promptness, and professionalism is unmatched. oh and I forgot SHORT NOTICE !!!! we always procrastinate booking the valet and they still don't leave us hanging. Sorry Valet-It we promise if for some reason we have a 5th baby we will plan ahead :) Wishing Love and happiness to all the new families enjoying this wonderful time of their life. read more
