Logistic and Jose were the perfect solution for my private garden party here in Hollywood Hills west. After using Yelp to research, I contacted Jose plus two other companies. All were professional and knowledgeable (e.g. they knew my specific neighborhood and its parking constraints; they provided realistic estimates about how many cars I'd probably need parked based on number of confirmed guests, and all three gave honest advice about whether a valet service would even be needed), but Jose's price was by far the best deal. The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there. I honestly don't know if there's anything they could've done better. Highly recommend. I'll definitely reach out to Jose again the next time I need a valet. read more

Logistic Valet came through with flying colors! They were very prompt from start to finish and were the most reasonable of all the valet companies! I highly recommend them! read more

Logistic Parking truly exceeded our expectations! We hired them for our baby shower this past weekend, and they were fantastic from start to finish. We made every effort to be respectful of our neighbors, but unfortunately, there's always that one person who's impossible to please. Despite a difficult neighbor situation, including a police visit and an aggressive confrontation, Logistic Parking handled everything with professionalism, calmness, and grace. Their team stayed composed under pressure and managed the situation far better than we could have hoped for. It gave us real peace of mind during what should be (and thankfully still was) a joyful event. We couldn't be happier with their service and will absolutely be hiring them again for future private events. Highly recommend! read more

Awesome service! Used them twice and these guys are hard workers and very respectful. Both jobs I hired them on were difficult. Very impressed and will use them again. read more

Jose and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They arrived ahead of time to set up, provided excellent service, and communicated with me during the event to keep things running smoothly. It made things MUCH easier on us and our guests to have a valet service available, especially when dealing with a home on a steep incline cul de sac and limited parking. I will definitely book with Logistic Parking again for future events. read more

Highly suggest Logistic Parking for your valet service needs! We hired them for a few hours for an 80th birthday party and they were professional and a pleasure to have. We live in a neighborhood where parking is tricky/non existent and they were fast and adapted quickly. We used them years ago and were pleased with them back then and were happy they were available for our party and very pleased with their service. Don't hesitate, use Logistic! :-) read more

Hired Logistic Parking for my wedding reception. The venue had limited parking, so a valet was a must. The staff set up half an hour early and were running the operation like a well oiled machine. read more

Logistic handled my home party very professionally. They arrived early and took exceptional care of my guests. We live in a neighborhood with limited parking and difficult neighbors and it was such a pleasure to not have to worry about guests having long walks up a hill or having to deal with neighbors glaring at them. I will use them again. read more

Logistic parking was very responsive to my inquiry and were the only company who could secure a BH permit in time for the event. Very respectful drivers. Jose, the team leader was great to work with Thank you! read more

If I could give this place a Zero I would. These people took my car at an event, gave me a clean claim ticket. I exit the event after 2-3 hours and then they said "oh yeah you had a flat when I came in". So you guys were standing all on the side my car when I arrived where the "flat was when i got there" said nothing to me about it, did the pre screen gave me a clean claim ticket? Their response to their insurance examiner was "we thought he knew" What person comes to an event with a flat tire and just walks right in like normal. Even worse if you believe I handed the car to you with a flat you would have indicated it on the claim ticket. Not to mention 1.) my car has a dashboard warning light when the tire pressure is low. (It was not on when I got there) 2.) the tire was completely blown there's no way possible I could have done that damage without knowing. I called their insurance to handle the damage they denied having done anything. This is place is an immoral operation. Do NOT Trust them. They are completely dishonest, and obviously not skilled at parking cars. read more

These guys were fantastic. Professional and worked with me on my budget. I will use them again for my next big party

Great company! Very professional. I will use this valet company for all my future events. Keep up the good work

These guys were absolutely wonderful. Fabulous experience. Needed valet for my daughter's birthday party...Great communication from Jose during the booking process. The crew showed up right as expected (1/2 he before the event) and was kind, professional, well dressed, and brought a good vibe. They said they'd "take care of everything"....and did exactly that. They stayed till all the guests left....and I'm grateful they were so "on it" and I didn't have to spend a second wondering if the parking was going smoothly...thanks again and will definitely recommend and re-book! read more

Prices were too high. They stopped responding to my messages when I let them know what my budget was.

Arrived on time, were friendly, and managed to valet cars on narrow streets. So smooth and guests loved it.

Had a event they were on time every one very professional evening went very smoothly I would hire them again for sure for my next event

Very kind, patient and thoughtful people who work their tails off for you! And, they are very reasonable'

I guess the saying of "you get what you pay for" really comes into play here. My work hired these guys for a rappers birthday and we wanted them from 6-10, they text me saying our contract ended at 9 and I had to remind them that was untrue. I felt they were trying to cheat us out of our deal. They also made everyone walk to their cars up the hill in their heels which was VERY far. I would have paid for another hour but that was not even an option with them. All other valet services I called said they would rent a lot for us and this was the only one that said no lot was needed. Their "shuttle was 1 Rav4 car that could fit 4 people at a time. I wish this was a more professional service because we paid close to 3K for this. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I recommennd that you spring for a company that is more professional and will take care of you the way a valet service should. How unfortunate to have that as sometyhing as what everyone remembers from your party, the awful valet. How embarassing! Walking up a hill for half a mile in my heels was not how I wanted to end my night. read more

Highly recommend Logistic Parking! I've booked them for several events at a few different homes. Parking around one of the homes in particular is pretty tricky, but they handle it super professionally. They always arrive on time, provide great service, and are super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The parties they've helped me with have ranged in size from 20-50 guests and they've been great across the board. read more

We used Logistic Parking at my son's 1st bday party! The party was in a hilly neighborhood and there were about 40 guests with 16 cars. They were so professional and kind and they did an amazing job finding parking for everyone! At the end of the party, they even moved the cars closer to the entrance so that our guests who stayed longer didn't have to walk far to get into their cars. We will definitely be using their services again! read more

I have been using Logistic Parking for several years. They are always on time, courteous and careful.

Logistic Parking was amazing! Raul and his team arrived early and stayed late! Would use them again for sure! Thanks for everything!

Jose and team were excellent for us. We had 20 or so cars, and we reserved their services for about four hours. They handled car reception, parking, and pickup flawlessly with very little hassle. When 11pm struck, Jose waited patiently for me to finish a conversation before interrupting and asking where to place the keys for remaining cars. All the drivers were very skilled, and we had nothing to complain about despite the somewhat difficult conditions (steep, curvy driveway, hard to find street parking, etc...). Thanks so much, Jose! We will definitely engage you again in the future. read more
