We decided to check out Alex Banquet Hall for our daughter's baptism reception, and I'm so glad we did! From the beginning until the very end, Mercedes was there to assist us. The venue itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the elevator was definitely a plus! even though there was another, larger event happening on the ground floor, everything was so well organized from valet service to guest seating, buffet preparation, serving, and cleanup. It all went off without a hitch. We were assigned two amazing servers, Wendy and Douglas, who provided exceptional service helping with all our needs, and serving both food and drinks with such professionalism and warmth. The food was incredible! our guests loved it, especially the fillet of bass, which became the talk of the event! And the assorted fruits served at the end were the perfect finishing touch fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The sweet watermelon was a favorite! We never felt rushed, and everything went according to plan. The price we paid was more than worth it! it exceeded all our expectations. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin.
