If you're looking for a valet parking service Parking Pros is the go-to-company ten toes down!!! Parking Pros provided two amazing staff, Daniela H. and Issac N. who did an awesome job providing parking in a congested residential area with a major hill. My guest commented that Daniela and Issac were professional, friendly and efficient! I was truly impressed the overall service from booking the service to the end. The cost of service was great and even offered me a $60 discount for my first booking. Parking Pros responds expeditiously to emails and their word is their bond! Thank you to Evan & Donna for providing great service! read more

From the minute we spoke to Robert about our event he put us at ease that he will make sure everything will be ok. This is after speaking to 4 other valet companies and coming to look at our property where we were having over 400 guests. Our home is a very difficult home to valet in the hills, with a cul de sac, and a road after a gate. But it was a huge success and our guests and neighbors were all pleased. They had the help of another valet company that brought golf carts. The golf carts were a hit! Thank you to Robert and his staff at Parking Pros. Amazing job! read more

So this is the second time i use this company and i couldn't be happier to have them in my contact list. I co-own a restaurant in Hollywood (El Compadre) and they have been nothing but amazing on helping me out on those events. I even added them to my event menu so if future events wanna book with us i know more or less what the cost can be and i can give clients close enough quotes on how much valet can be. Thanks guys for all the help! read more

Our experience with Bethel/Tommy as our shuttle driver was perfect. I can't thank you enough for working with our budget and our party situation. Hiring one of your drivers and using our own car worked out PERFECT!!! Bethel/Tommy was AMAZING!!!! You obviously hire high quality employees. Bethel/Tommy was super professional, courteous, attentive & communicative. He is a true treasure!!!! He arrived as on time as he could based on traffic. However, he was communicative the entire time to keep me informed. Even though my guests didn't contact him to come get them, he noticed they had parked quite a distance away and tracked them down to get them to the party. I will recommend and use your company again, no doubt!!! This was a fabulous experience and reduced my stress level. read more

Parking Pro's are the best! We just used there services for our company Christmas Party at our house and hands down it was the best experience yet. We live in Lake Arrowhead, California on a ridge in a gated community where there's no street parking. So we hired them to shuttle everyone in gates. I found them on thumb tack and it was the best decision we ever made. The company keep the lines of communication open till the day of the party. They insured me that the driver will be on time and gave me his contact info. The driver contacted me to give me his eta and arrived early. He was pleasant and very professional. He also stood 30 mins over the time requested. We did have to pay but it was very much worth every penny. So yes I highly recommend the Parking Pros and we will continue to use them for all our future events. read more

Parking Pros was extremely helpful and communicative through my group of 22's travel day from Fallbrook all the way to Disneyland and back! From Jonny setting it up, to the drivers for the day transporting us safely and comfortably through both directions. I didn't get all of the drivers names, but all of them drove safely and stayed close to each other so we all arrived at the same time. Thank you Parking Pros for helping make our company holiday getaway even more special! read more

I hired Parking Pros after getting a much higher quote from another vendor. I spoke with friendly office staff and I actually used them twice: once, for the pre wedding celebration with 100 guests at my house in West Hills, and two days later to take my elderly family members to Palm Springs for the destination wedding. This was probably the best thing I spent money on during my daughters wedding! It brought me satisfaction and peace of mind on both occasions. The valets were great! No issues at all! You know the valets are good when you dont hear a peep from the guests coming or going! Parking Pros is my vendor of choice. Jonathan, you did great! read more

This is the second time in two years we contracted Parking Pros for valet services at a high profile school graduation. Last year, they all showed up in random uniforms, this year, they not only showed up in random uniforms but their entire crew fully arrived close to half an hour late from our agreed start time. Their late arrival forced over a dozen people to park their own cars. When I attempted to contact them to find out where their employees were, they kept sending me to voicemail. Then, I finally get a call back saying that we should have booked them 30-minutes prior to the start of the event if we wanted them there at that time (in which they would have charged us for). I received a phone call from William on the following Monday saying they would not process a refund like they said they would and instead "wash out" the charge since their employees decided to stay an additional hour and a half beyond our agreed end time. They eventually gave the keys to our security (which is okay) but they should have never self-approved themselves to work beyond the agreed time then threaten to charge us for the time we didn't ask them to be there for. Overall, due to the continued unprofessionalism from both the management and valet workers, we are going to go with another company not associated with Parking Pros (since there are 2-3 other companies owned by their family). Valet service: - Arrived 30-minutes late requiring guests to self park. - Were dressed in random clothing, not uniformed as requested. - Needed to be told to set up valet signs so guests knew where to go. - Drove guests cars carelessly when confined to small parking lot. (older woman) - Was inside the venue watching the event. (older woman) Management: - Would send me to voicemail when their crew was MIA - Would not provide an update on their crews status - Threatened to charge an additional hour and a half overtime for time we did not approve when their crew decided to stay beyond the scheduled time. - Finally lightened up and became nice after being told I was going to write this review. read more

Absolutely Amazing Service from the very first contact to the very end! Everyone involved from Parking Pros was just that, a professional! We had a last minute event during the busy holiday season. The office staff, both Donna and Katie, were extremely helpful, kind and worked with everyone to help us get our event paperwork completed quickly. Mr. Velarde, also made himself available and was very attentive and helpful, answering any and all questions we had. The parking attendants/valets that worked our event, Kevin, Michael and Daniel, were all also professional and provided excellent service and I look forward to working with Parking Pros again. We hired parking pros for our wedding at my in laws house. We had approx 120 guests and they all made it into the venue on time! We didn't want our guests having to find parking in the neighborhood and it was well worth it to hire a valet! They were professional courteous. Safety is also thier concern and will not give the keys to anyone they suspect is intoxicated. Great to work with and highly recommend to anyone needing their services read more

Everyone is so kind and professional! I am the Events Manager at a Co-Working and Event space in Culver City. From the manager to the attendants themselves, all have been great in working with us. We've booked with Valet Parking Pros multiple times before, but this past weekend had more cars/guests than we anticipated and we desperately needed 1-2 more attendants. I called Jonathan in the midst of our event starting and he was willing to help right away. I appreciate him answering my call on the first ring, and for texting me with a solution in 10 minutes - literally!! Attendants Kimberly and Frankie had a 'can-do' attitude when we spoke which helped me on a very stress-inducing day! Their confidence made all the difference in the world. Thanks everyone! Looking to book again in the near future. read more
