Came through Eden on Brand and went with the trifecta: ribeye, crème brûlée, and a crafted cocktail…read moreand honestly, that's the way to experience this place. Starting with the ribeye: it landed on the table with a solid sear and that melting herb butter slowly pooling into the meat, which is always a good sign. Cooked to a true medium, it held onto its juices and had that balance of charred exterior and tender interior you want. Flavor-wise, it didn't need much seasoning was on point, and the butter just added that extra richness without taking over. It's not trying to compete with a high-end steakhouse, but for what Eden is a vibe-forward, social dining spot it absolutely delivers. Dessert kept the momentum going. The crème brûlée had that satisfying, audible crack when you tap into it, with a nicely torched sugar layer that wasn't burnt or bitter. Underneath, the custard was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet, which made it easy to finish even after a full meal. It's a classic done right, and a strong closer if you're lingering at the table. The crafted cocktail lineup deserves a mention too. This isn't a place where drinks feel like an afterthought. Presentation is clean, flavors are balanced, and you can tell there's some intention behind the mix. Whether you're starting the night or transitioning into more of a lounge vibe, the drinks fit seamlessly into the overall experience. Speaking of vibe that's really Eden on Brand's main draw. The space leans into a dim, upscale lounge atmosphere with music that sets the tone without completely overpowering conversation. It feels like a hybrid between a dinner spot and a nightlife destination, making it ideal for date nights, birthdays, or just a night out where you don't want to bounce between multiple places. Service, like a lot of spots in this category, can vary. On a good night, staff are attentive and keep things moving at a nice pace. On a busier evening, there can be some lag. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's noticeable enough to mention just come with a little patience if the place is packed. Overall, Eden on Brand isn't about precision fine dining it's about the full experience. You're here for the ambiance, the energy, and a menu that hits enough high notes to keep you satisfied. Order smart (ribeye is a win), save room for dessert, and don't skip the cocktails.

Came with a large work group last night. We had a reservation so shouldn't have been a surprise…read more Only one other table had guests, but somehow they still seemed woefully understaffed. Not only that, they were either out of or didn't have enough of so many things. No shishito peppers, ran out of filet mignon after a handful of orders, out of the sake we ordered, only one bottle of the wine we ordered was available...it was almost comical. In addition, service was abysmally slow & forgetful, food came out cold, and wasn't that great/cooked correctly either. My "rare" filet mignon was medium at best. The "rib chop" my coworkers got was flaaat as hell and overcooked with inconsistent presentation/preparation. Can't send my overcooked filet back of course because it's the last one. Crème brûlée was actually soup in the middle. Bread pudding was dense and unpleasant. Potatoes were cold. Given our group dropped almost three grand, it was pretty damn lackluster. It's too bad because it's in a great location and has nice ambiance, but that doesn't make up for everything else. Brownie sundae was the lone highlight.

We started with the hummus w/red pepper appetizer, and for entrees I had the roasted chicken (cooked deliciously--crispy skin and well seasoned) and my friend had the lamb chops which she said were very good. We sat on the outside patio, which is so comfortable and a great vibe. They offer valet parking, but there is also plenty of street parking nearby too. Friendly and welcoming service and a really good experience, definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful venue. Despite all of their earlier confirmations, the venue later declined my booking and claimed the date was unavailable, even though they had repeatedly assured me it was open. When I asked about alternative dates, they said they'd get back to me and never followed up. This forced me to completely rearrange my event on short notice. On top of that, the way I was treated in person felt noticeably different from how they spoke to or interacted with other clients. This made me feel unwelcome and singled out, which no customer should ever experience. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistency, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat prospective clients and handle bookings.

This was my first time here as well as the aforementioned pizza place, so I was pleasantly surprised what I came upon in this nestled neighborhood street just off downtown Glendale. This review was specifically for "The Lounge At Glen Arden Club" location as apparently the name encompassed several locales. As a whole, The Glen Arden Club had a rich history in Glendale that dated back to 1930. It has recently been revived as an exclusive social club serving a diverse cross-section of the community. Its features included a grandiose bar, historic ballroom, a sitting room and lounge, private cigar locker and lounge, as well as a VIP room, and of course this casual outdoor lounge. Having grown up in the community, I was not aware of this club whatsoever, so I was excited to learn about it. Would I ardently explore this club in Glendale any further after this first experience!? PURCHASE Allagash Brewing Co. Allagash White Wheat Beer 12floz Bottle Poured ($9.00): Lemony yellow color, floral wheaty aroma, low body, bready sweet flavor, crisp smooth finish, and a light bready sweet aftertaste. One of my favorite beers! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=N-HJaAthGBTYK6K8vC_UTQ SERVICE An affable young gentleman behind the bar warmly greeted me as I checked out their alcohol beverage offerings. Once I placed my order, he opened the beer bottle, poured it into a chilled glass, and off I went to an empty table as I waited for my takeout dinner order. All was easy-peasy, especially since I was the only customer at the time (a group shortly arrived after I got my drink). PARKING (FREE) Strictly only street parking along the main drag of Arden Ave. and all surrounding residential side streets, so please make sure to read all posted signs carefully - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A casual simple outdoor patio area with several chairs/tables under the cover of both roofing and umbrellas with a focal bar area https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=Nps3ZRbNBrml56Yj38HV2g for only placing drink orders (sadly, no beer taps). Plenty of natural lighting since you were outdoors while an assortment of hung electric lights filled in the rest. I didn't recall any TVs although it would be a great space to have some while I believed Top-40 music played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=XDmcJeyKowREyE8PdIQV0w ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL The Glen Arden Club - specifically The Lounge At Glen Arden Club - was fine but nothing special. I saw it as a nice place for some outdoor drinking and such during the hot summer nights, but other than that, it was a place for a quick drink while I waited for my food to be done. However, I was intrigued by the actual social club and would like to check that out but not have to pay to join it. I was a bit disappointed by the minimal drink options https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=24&select=1nmgcEuAPHDkO-u35_8o8g but I understood probably why that was since I felt this wasn't necessarily meant to be a standalone bar/lounge. The prices were higher than expected for what you got while the service was easy, quick, and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $10.00 BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...
