(Drank 08/07/25 TH @ 6:30pm): This club on Arden Ave. in Glendale was a very casual affair! I was unaware of The Glen Arden Club when I came to pick up dinner pizzas and wings at Dough Vinci Pizza. This was my first time here as well as the aforementioned pizza place, so I was pleasantly surprised what I came upon in this nestled neighborhood street just off downtown Glendale. This review was specifically for "The Lounge At Glen Arden Club" location as apparently the name encompassed several locales. As a whole, The Glen Arden Club had a rich history in Glendale that dated back to 1930. It has recently been revived as an exclusive social club serving a diverse cross-section of the community. Its features included a grandiose bar, historic ballroom, a sitting room and lounge, private cigar locker and lounge, as well as a VIP room, and of course this casual outdoor lounge. Having grown up in the community, I was not aware of this club whatsoever, so I was excited to learn about it. Would I ardently explore this club in Glendale any further after this first experience!? I saw it as a nice place for some outdoor drinking and such during the hot summer nights, but other than that, it was a place for a quick drink while I waited for my food to be done. However, I was intrigued by the actual social club and would like to check that out but not have to pay to join it. One of a kind! Glen Arden Club is a pretty unique spot we randomly stumbled into this past Friday night after eating next door at Ozzy's Apizza. Located in Glendale, this is the place to be for horse racing. The bartender was super nice, the drinks were great, and the seating was very comfortable. Top notch ambience with supersized TVs. We were able to get the bartender to flip one of the TVs over to the NBA playoffs, which was perfect for us. If you come hungry, it's worth noting that they are happy to serve pizzas from Ozzy's next door. I hope to be back soon. read more

We have been here on several occasions and had a wonderful time. It is a small, comfortable bar area in an old building. You enter and go to the left to go the bar. There are several ballrooms of different sizes. I have been here for several events in the ballrooms and wine tasting in the bar. They are Jazz nights on Tuesdays in the bar. Beautiful setting; cabanas and palms and lights on the patio. Free parking in the lot across the street. The hands down best damn pizza (Ozzy's Apizza) in LA. Crispy crust, tomatoey, not pastey sauce and fantastic thick pepperoni. Sausage with a kick. Other pizzas I leave the crust but Ozzy's is maybe the best part. Cocktails are on point. read more

Their prices are very affordable, as well as the quality of the food is the best I've ever had. The bartenders are very friendly and the environment in this place is amazing. We had our wedding reception at the Glen Arden last November and it was incredible! Jeanette was amazing through the entire process of planning the reception. She was always available to us for any questions we had via email or telephone. Jeanette took care of us like we were family! The venue itself is gorgeous. We didn't need to add anything to decor; the crystal chandeliers are stunning. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved the food as well and said they couldn't believe how much food there was - it was never ending! Jeanette, Alex, and the entire team took such great of us and our guests. Awesome spot hidden in Glendale. Doesn't look anything more than an apartment from the outside, but it's huge inside with a great floor plan. I've been here a couple of times both for private parties and everything was great. Decor is awesome, food was great and the bar is prefect. I'll be back for sure. read more

I actually accidentally came across this venue when searching for a reception for my wedding. Let me just say, I am so grateful to have booked my wedding with this jewel of a place! First, I would like to thank Jeanette for being such a wonderful person to work with. She was extremely helpful and kind. I felt like we were very well taken care of as we were putting together our estimate for our wedding, problem-solving any issues and making sure we had all our bases covered (even the ones I didn't even think about!). Secondly, the venue itself is super clean and very well taken care of. The bar, the reception hall, and the various decorative rooms were so beautifully cared for. The venue has a million and one things included in the reception hall that other places would charge double for and that's extremely appreciated! Third, the drinks and the food are just amazing. All my guests have commented on how good the food was during the wedding! Everything was prepared perfectly and with the eyes of an extremely artistic chef. Huge shout out to all the staff that helped make the best party of my life be as flawless as it was. Glen Arden Club, I am grateful for all the excellent service, food and drinks. Interior is a bomb here. Amazing place to sip cocktails slowly, that's important. I believe that have cigar lounge upstairs but I'm not a fan of tobacco and even though you can't smell tobacco flavor at the bar. The Glen Arden Club is the greatest secret in town. It's almost impossible to explain just how cool this venue is. The ambiance gives you that Retro, Old Hollywood feel and the food and drinks are fantastic. We have had numerous events there, most recently a wedding and pre-album release party and both events went off without a hiccup. The staff there really knows what they are doing. Selfishly, I would like to keep the place to myself...but I know it's only a matter of time before they are truly going to be the talk of the town. I highly recommend this venue for any type of event you may want to have, ranging from a small gathering all the way up to a wedding or even a concert!!!! A must try location!!! read more

This place is a real hidden gem! Came here for a birthday at the bar/lounge and they have a board room style area with a kitchen for private parties up to 40 as well as a banquet area upstairs for 140+ guests. Love the Decor and ambiance. The host also had taco catering in the patio and sprinkles ice cream cart which was a great idea! read more

Became a member a few months ago. What an incredible place!! Full Bar, upstairs Cigar lounge that is exclusive and private. Great place for meetings and gatherings. Amazing location. Owner is a really nice man. Always good to see him and his son. They've remodeled the whole place and have done an outstanding job. Looking forward to spending more time here. read more
