I don't usually write reviews for valet companies, but the team at this event absolutely deserved it. It was pouring rain, yet they were incredibly organized, quick, and genuinely thoughtful. They moved guests in and out of their cars efficiently, always making sure everyone had a large umbrella so no one got soaked. When it was time to pick up my car, I handed over my ticket and as I was waiting (which was not long at all) EVERY staff member who passed by me checked in to make sure I was already being helped. I work at events for a living and have dealt with many valet companies over the years--this team truly stood out. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and I'm genuinely grateful for their service. I had a great interaction with Adrian, decided to have some lunch a petit trois today and had such a great interaction with Adrian I had to leave a review, he didnt make me feel rushed while I gathered my belongings. While my now-husband and I were planning our wedding and reception, we ran into a problem. The parking lots that we intended to rent for our guests were no longer available. We had 3 months to go before the wedding, a tight budget, and I didn't think that we could afford valet parking. But it didn't seem that I had a choice, other than to ask our mostly Orange County guests to street park in Los Angeles... I checked yelp and the pickings were slim. There were no valet parking services that were particularly reliable or affordable. Then, I came across Blanco Valet Parking Corporation. I emailed Adrian and he was so responsive. He understood the crisis that I was in, as well as the budget constraints. He assured me that his company could handle the parking for 200 guests, and suggested how many attendants he could bring with him and an estimate of the wait time for guests depending on the number of attendants. He was so thorough and quick to respond. My coordinator came up with a valet parking service, but the number of attendants for the price was less affordable than what Blanco Valet was offering. The week before the wedding, Adrian emailed me to let me know that he had the permits. On the day of the wedding, Adrian and his guys were on time and everything went smoothly. No one waited more than a few minutes to park or pick up their car. My husband and I are very pleased with Adrian and Blanco Valet, and highly recommend them :) read more

All it took was one phone call, a couple of emails, and I no longer had to worry about where my guests would park. Blanco Valet was one of several valet companies I interviewed for my birthday bash to serve 125-150 party guests. They were wonderful to work with, easy going over the phone and their fee was very reasonable. Their setup in front of my house was perfect and professional. I don't usually write reviews on Yelp, but I will for these guys. I had booked another valet company for an art show that I was having. They did not ask for a signed contract or deposit of any kind. When I told them this made me nervous as there was no way to guarantee they would show up on the night of the event, it took them three days to return my call. A week out from the event, and still no word from the other valet company, I called Blanco Valet Parking desperate for help. They responded quickly, communicated with me and pulled the permits efficiently. On the night of the event, they were courteous and professional. They even saved me money by saying that all but one car had left and they were going to take an hour off the original price. I would use these guys again in a heart beat. Thank you!! read more

I would highly recommend Blanco Valet for any event you are planning! I was at a big event in Brentwood this past Sat night, and was told there was a problem with the remote for my car. (A 2003 Honda Civic.) It wasn't working and when they tried to unlock the door, the alarm went off and wouldn't stop, much to the chagrin of the neighbors. Adrian, the co-owner of Blanco Valet stayed with me the entire time, drove me to a nearby CVS store (at midnite) to get a new battery for my remote - but it still didn't work. Then he called his father, Jose, the owner of the Valet company with his son who was still at another event - he gave Adrian some tips which at least got me into my car - and I was finally able to get the car started. All thru this Adrian never left my side and did whatever he could think of to solve my problem. Bottom line - if you're planning a big event and need a Valet Service, these people will not let you down. They were PHENOMENAL! read more
