All were professional and knowledgeable (e.g. they knew my specific neighborhood and its parking constraints; they provided realistic estimates about how many cars I'd probably need parked based on number of confirmed guests, and all three gave honest advice about whether a valet service would even be needed), but Jose's price was by far the best deal. The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there. Initially, I thought that having a valet service might be too expensive based on some other quotes I received (and there was one company in particular that was demanding that I pay up front - which is not ok!). But Parking Service 2000 gave me a fair and reasonable quote, they were quick to email me back and seemed like a good company (they required a deposit, but it was a fraction of the total cost). Not the fault of BHB valet of course…read more However, we weren't notified it was valet only when there is normally parking underneath the building in addition to behind as well. Not a great start. Obviously since I had zero choice, I got out of my car and a doorman said that the event was postponed, and we had to return an hour and fifteen minutes later. Thankfully, my car was still there so I told the original guy to cancel it. Kid that got out of my car however reeked of sickly sweet fragrance, to the point I wanted to tell him I didn't want him back in my car. He also didn't shut the door behind me, simply left it wide open. Returned later as instructed, then had to sit in a line for about 15 minutes, so there must have been some sort of holdup which by now, doesn't surprise me. Finally received another ticket, then find out the event was cancelled. Although this again was not the fault of BHB, they were completely unorganized where I could hear others complain they had been waiting for their car for nearly 20 minutes. One poor girl had to make a flight, and she was extremely patient about it, but these guys couldn't get anything right. Of course I was ahead, yet they took the girl behind me first, so this didn't sit well with me at all. I just wanted to get the heck out of there. I hope I don't have to drive up to a future event to see the white BHB umbrella; I would probably consider driving on by after how this evening went.
