Very convenient, you just go to their location on Sepulveda, one of their guys comes out, jumps in the car, and then you go to the Airport from there -- after you get dropped off, they drive your car back to their garage for storage. We always just have the guy drive to the terminal from the office because they are way better at navigating LAX than we are. They drop you off, then take your car back and park it in their garage. You can choose between covered or uncovered (price diff for covered). The best part is, when you land -- you simply text them that you are ready for pickup and they meet you at arrivals with your car. Then you can just get in your car and go home! Let me tell you, when you are weary from travel, it is SO NICE to just be able to have someone bring your car to you so you can go home. ;) Note: We usually offer to give the guy a ride back to the office after he picks us up, but you don't have to--- they usually just catch a shuttle.

Employees are not helpful and be prepared for attitude. All in all they did not help with our travel plans and the amount of money that was spent for parking AND two Ubers was more than what we would have paid for a much nicer parking garage. When it was time to pick up my car, I handed over my ticket and as I was waiting (which was not long at all) EVERY staff member who passed by me checked in to make sure I was already being helped. I work at events for a living and have dealt with many valet companies over the years--this team truly stood out. By reserving and prepaying in advance, along with a discount code, the total came out to be a little cheaper than taking an airporter shuttle. I had reserved the Premium parking at P1. This was my first time parking here and I had a hard time finding the Premium entrance. Somehow I kept on missing the sign, so had to circle around three times before I finally saw it. So better and bigger signage would have been more helpful for first timers. Once in I found a space pretty fast and was walking to the terminal within minutes. This is definitely a convenient parking lot and I would park here again. Tip: As you get closer to the parking structure slow down, because if you pass the entrance for the tier that you reserved you'll have to go around again. For the best deal pre-book and pre-pay in advance and search for additional discount codes.

There are EV charging stations available. [Shuttle]: There is a complimentary shuttle that runs every 7 to 10 minutes from the parking structure to each LAX terminal. The shuttle drops riders off at the arrivals level (our party simply walked up to the level 2 departures). Our party hopped off at the first shuttle stop which was Terminal 1. Upon return, travelers should wait for shuttles at the closest pink sign located on the inside curb of the ground level (arrivals). [Purchasing process]: To purchase a parking spot on the website, travelers need to provide their license plate information during the process. I googled and found a promo code and received 25% off. Our party paid approximately $24 to park for 17 hours. [Entry process]: I didn't need to scan a QR code as the gate automatically opened upon scanning my license plate. I did end up having to drive up to the 3rd floor to find available parking spots. The parking structure offers a 2-hour grace period for travelers to drive out of the structure after the stated exit time. [Conclusion]: Overall it was an easy-peasy experience and was a lot better than I had expected. With the LAX Automated People Mover (APM) set to be completed in the second half of 2026, the parking experience should be even better as travelers will not need to wait for a shuttle at the departure level on the way back to the parking structure.

Those shuttles are like old school buses with no air oxygen or space. It also took nearly an hour for our shuttle to arrive and we almost called an uber! It was beyond stressful especially with little ones in tow at 2am!
