We have been using this company for over a decade now. It has new owners now than when we first used them, but service seems to be the same. Very convenient, you just go to their location on Sepulveda, one of their guys comes out, jumps in the car, and then you go to the Airport from there -- after you get dropped off, they drive your car back to their garage for storage. We always just have the guy drive to the terminal from the office because they are way better at navigating LAX than we are. They drop you off, then take your car back and park it in their garage. You can choose between covered or uncovered (price diff for covered). The best part is, when you land -- you simply text them that you are ready for pickup and they meet you at arrivals with your car. Then you can just get in your car and go home! Let me tell you, when you are weary from travel, it is SO NICE to just be able to have someone bring your car to you so you can go home. ;) Note: We usually offer to give the guy a ride back to the office after he picks us up, but you don't have to--- they usually just catch a shuttle. read more

We all know that LAX sucks, but by working with this company, it makes the experience far less stressful. Recently, we arrived after a long trip from Costa Rica at 10:00 p.m. and there was already an e-mail confirming our driver was ready with our vehicle. That's the best part; when you arrive at the airport, they meet you at departure and unload your luggage and take your vehicle. Then, upon our return, when our luggage was delayed for over an hour (did I say LAX sucks?), our valet used his knowledge and creativity to hang with us so that when we finally did receive it and walked out, our car was waiting right in front. He put our luggage in the car and we drove off. I just wish I had tipped him more. read more

I don't think I can ever use a parking garage again. A friend who promised to drive us to the airport called me the day before our trip saying she couldn't drive us anymore. All of the shuttle services in my area were not available and I did not want to pay for a limo service (my only other option). With the parking garages nickel and diming everyone for their time and the rise in break ins, leaving my car in a parking garage was almost out of the question. The morning of my flight I called LAX Parking Curb Express and they actually answered the phone (no one answers the phone these days). They took my reservation two hours before arriving to the airport, answered my last minute questions and suggested I pick up a valet person at their office. Sure, why not. They did me a solid for a last minute reservation, plus honored the Yelp discount. Picking up the person at their office was easier than I thought, there are cones sectioned off right in front of their office. I asked the valet driver to drive (you have the option) so I could go over any paperwork they had for me and who wants to drive in the LAX airport anyway. The drop off was so easy, he might as well have been my friend dropping me off. The morning of my flight back home I received a text message from them asking if I am still arriving back to LAX that day. That's good to know they consider last minute changes and delays as it proved very helpful. My flight actually got delayed and I arrived at the airport around midnight. When I texted this information they said "no problem" and even instructed me to meet them at the departure area instead of arrivals because arrivals had too much traffic. Who does that?? Dropping off the car was so easy. The guy gave me the breakdown of my charges via text and even printed it out. Not only was that very transparent of them, but they DID NOT charge me for my delay. If I would have parked at a parking garage chances are I would have been charged for something that was out of my control. If I were to be any bit critical I would say this - You have the option of extra services like gassing the car up, an oil change and even a car wash. I didn't have time to wash my car before the trip so I opted for the basic car wash. I wish I would have known the extra charge for the excess dog hair (I have three big dogs) just for budget purposes but that's it. Understandable because they really removed all of the dog hair lol. It was nice to come back to an exceptionally clean car. I would recommend them 100% and will be using their services again. read more

There are businesses who provide an innovative and unique service and do so well. This service is wonderful, you can drive your car right to check in, like you are dropping off a family member at the airport, have your car safely parked during your trip, and then when you get back, have your car waiting for you to drive home. They offer this, and do it well for less than the price of parking at the airport. They also offer wash and detail service. We did an inside detail and our car came back looking better than it has in years. Even though these services on their own are worth five stars I probably still wouldn't have been motivated to write a review. But this business is SO MUCH MORE than that. They really care. They saved our vacation. We were driving from Santa Barbara to LAX for a 6 AM flight. 10 minutes out (around 350 AM) we called to let them know to meet us. We then decided to fill up our vehicle with gas and according to Murphy's Law, the car wouldn't start. We were at a gas station downtown, panicked, in the middle of the night, seeing our vacation slip away. A Good Samaritan tried to help up with a jump, but it wouldn't start. We pushed it into a parking spot, and were ready to abandon our car (we needed a vacation that badly). There were no Uber/Lyft or taxis available. The clock was ticking and we were panicked. We called this company to tell them our predicament. They sent a driver in his personal car. He came to the gas station 10 minutes from the airport and picked us and our luggage up. He got us to the airport with minutes to spare. We flew away, not knowing what would happen to our car. This company subsequently worked with us to tow our car to their lot, where a mechanic looked at it and found a dead battery. They charged it enough to get it going, and when we got back they picked us up (with a detailed car) at the curb. They warned us not to turn off the car as they feared it wouldn't start again. We made it to a dealer once home and swapped out the battery. A company, especially in a pandemic, could have fleeced a customer for all of these extra services. But not this company, they charged us such reasonable rates, I almost couldn't believe my eyes. I will be telling everyone I know flying out of LAX to use this business. They are honest, caring, and offer a really amazing service. Kudos! read more

This was a great way to valet the car while catching an early morning flight at LAX during the worst downpour of the year. It takes the hassle and worry of making a morning flight out of the equation. You drive to their location on Sepulveda Blvd right outside LAX Terminal 1. Then you call them when youre parked out front. Someone will look over the car to check for prior damages. And he/she hops in with you guys. Our guy asked us if we wanted him to drive and we said yes. Good thing we did because his local knowledge totally paid off. We were flying out of Terminal 1 (Southwest). Its the very first one when you pull into LAX. The ramp going towards Departures was backed up all the way on to Sepulveda Blvd. Our guy from LAX Parking Curb Express suggested he drop us off at Arrivals because it usually not as busy that time of the morning. His instinct was spot on because we drove by all the traffic and he dropped us off right in front. It took less than 5 mins from him getting into our car, us getting to Terminal 1, him helping us unload our suitcases and us signing off on all the paperwork. Off he went to drive our car back to their lot for a few days... All we had to do was take the elevator up to check our luggage in then go through TSA. All of which was such a breeze. Flying back to LAX. You call them after youre done collecting your luggage at Baggage Claim. Within 10 mins they drive your car to you. Look over the car then youre off. Their driver just walks back to their office. We opted to have the car parked indoors. If you opt for outside parking it will be cheaper. I definitely recommend them as they made flying in and out of LAX stress free. Yep, read that again. Stress free. Tip your driver at drop off and pick up. read more

Have used them twice and have had great experiences both times. Especially useful when traveling with a toddler as you can avoid shuttles and rideshare and ride safely in your own vehicle w/ carseat. Both times my car was returned without damage and only had a few miles on the odometer to/from lot. When you pull up at lax and meet the driver, take a video of your odometer and outside of the vehicle so both parties are on the same page. They were extremely responsive via text and as long as you give them a 15mins heads up - there was no waiting. Maybe 2mins at most. read more

One of the higher end LAX parking service, but it basically does what the name says - VALET parking service. *** It's pretty simple and easy - make online reservation, drive to the parking facility, check-in, valet guy hops into your car, you drive directly to LAX terminals, leave your car key, and off you go. Call the number once you are back, wait outside, and valet guy will drive your car and find you at your terminal (took about 10 minutes). You have the option to pay with cash or credit card. After the payment, don't worry about valet guy (apparently he will find his way back) and feel free to drive directly back home (or other places)! *** $18.95 per day for outdoor parking and $22.95 per day for indoor parking - with additional 10% of city tax (I paid $41.69 for two days of outdoor parking ... but I tipped our valet guy and total came up to be $45). As our valet guy faded into the darkness .. it made me wonder how does he get back to the parking facility without a car? Well, I guess that question will remain unanswered as I slowly maneuvered my way out of the LAX terminals... My vehicle had major damage when they returned it to me. Apparently, no one noticed. My husband noticed it right away and brought it to the valets attention. They asked us to take photos and a video of the damage and send it to them and explained that their claims dept. would take care if it. Two months later, I am still getting no where with this company. The managers have been making excuses every time I talk to them as to why they aren't able to deal with the incident. They don't return my phone calls or emails and have wasted hours of my time. I'm left to pay with the $900 worth of damage because it's very clear to me that these guys are complete scammers. This place was a lifesaver! I was highly recommended to them for flying out of LAX. Running late for a flight I decided to use their service and I'm really glad I did. I called to try to schedule a reservation and was told no e was needed. Upon asking how everything worked, they explained they have an offer called "Express Drop Off" where you they will pick up the car from you at the terminal! Since it was my first time, it was given as a courtesy (it's normally a $30 charge!). The driver, Jose, was waiting and super courteous. He helped me with my luggage and just took my info quickly and I was on my way. On the way back it was just as easy as calling to tell them where I was. I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner, finding someone to take you and pick you up from LAX is always a hassle so this was perfect for me. I like the convenience of the driver dropping you at your terminal and picking you up when you arrive. Our driver has never asked for a ride back to the lot, which is great when you just want to get on the freeway and go home. I think the longest we have had to wait for our car was about 15 minutes. There is always some paperwork to do when the driver arrives with your car but nothing that is a deal breaker. The lot where they keep your car is small and tight.I can see there may be some risk of a scratch or dent which you have to note before your driver takes off after delivering the vehicle. It is also possible your car may be stored outside the gate on the street. Do not leave any valuables, especially visible ones. It's getting expensive to use this service but we do like it, so far. The first time you come here, arrive early. It's easy to go right by the alley where you're supposed to turn into. The address on Sepulveda is past the right turn you need to make. read more

After "professionally" repainting my car, aka the worst paint job imaginable. They refused to repaint or fix the damages. I had to sell my car losing $1500 in my trade in. Darn it! I was super excited about this, sounds great, right? Well IT WAS NOT! I followed instructions-"Text or call 10-15 minutes out". I text'd at 18 minutes per Waze, then called at 10 minutes since no reply via text, rep said they were right behind us. OK Cool! Hit the curb, waited. Waited. Schmoozed the police for the next 10-15 minutes, they were actually very nice but got to "seriously, you just can't sit here any longer!". So we took off in search of a parking lot/spot. Luckily found an opening (meanwhile my husband is cursing up a storm!), grabbed our bags are started hustling. The Curbside guy calls and says "hey sorry for the delay, my guy should be there in another 10-15 minutes". I shared a cleaned up version of "F-off", we are almost to check-in as we are briskly walking across the street with all our crap. Luckily we made our flight to Cabo and had a great time. Very poor experience with the valet service. Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. I was flying across the country with my whole family, including two very small children, one being an infant, with more luggage than we could carry. Needless to say we were hoping for a smooth drop. They say to call 10 minutes before you arrive, but that seemed odd, so I called an hour before, as well as 10 minutes before. Both times they said no problem we will be ready for you. They were 25 minutes late. That is a long time to be parked with the car running in a drop off zone at LAX. I called the main number multiple times (10/20 @ 9:00 am) and was told by this very rude person that the driver was one terminal away. Another 15 minutes goes by and I call again... this time he says the driver was calling me to see where I was and I wasn't answering my phone, so he couldn't find me. First of all, you have my car description and the exact spot at the terminal I'm at. Why would he need to call to find me? I'm right where I said I would be, in the car that I told you I'd be in, and you're not here, phone call or not. Second, I have a baby crying and a ton of luggage and am parked in a no parking zone, but this guy was blaming me for not answering an unknown number during this very stressful moment and that's why the driver wasn't there? Yes, I was mad, and told him that, and he got mad at me for being mad. Come on man. We're going to miss our flight and all the parking attendants are eyeballing me. This is certainly not my fault. So then I get another call and it's the driver, and he says that he is "3 minutes away, sorry running a little behind". Ok. So the guy answering the phones at the office is just full of you know what and seriously needs to not be so rude. On top of all this, my car smells like cigarettes when I get it back. Very cool guys. Two car seats in the back and you have to have a smoke during your 7 minute drive? This was my first time using LAX Parking Curb Express and I couldn't bring myself to give 5 stars, but overall the experience was fine. I made my reservation on airportparkingreservations.com several months in advance and got a reservation number and confirmation and all that. I only paid a small portion upfront for the reservation ($20 or something, it was about 10% of the overall price). When we got there the address listed (9144 S. Sepulveda, Los Angeles, CA 90045) was a little hard to find because I was looking for a parking garage. There was a store front (which I didn't actually see because my roommate got out of the car to figure out where we had to go). Someone from LAX came out and when I asked about showing my reservation he said it was not necessary**. He gave me the option of driving to the LAX drop off, or he would drive. **The part that made me give one less star was when the LAX rep said my reservation wasn't needed, and then I found out that he would be driving my car, after we were dropped off, to the parking garage where the car would be staying for the duration of our vacation. It made me feel a little uncomfortable that I had a reservation that didn't need to be looked at (I was questioning if we came to the right place). The reservation also clearly said we had a non-valet, indoor spot. So the fact that that was not what was happening made me further question that I had the right place. I was under the impression that I'd be able to see the parking spot and park myself. Had I known upfront that that wasn't the case it would have been fine, but I had certain expectations that weren't met and had me throwing out some red flags. When we came back everything was fine, so no complaints there. I called the number they provided and they brought my car to us at LAX pick up. Now that I know what to expect I'd feel comfortable using them again, but it would have been nice to know upfront. read more

Even with directions from the office and navi, it lead us everywhere but there. Even now, I cannot quite explain where it is. Once you get there, the guys are great. They were super patient with us as we were lost for about 45 minutes. They take you to the airport in your own car, and pick you up at the curb when you get back. You leave them there and drive home. Used valet service for the first time ever after having horrible experiences with shuttles and self park. So well worth it! We had a 3 year old and lots of luggage so not having to lug everything around or wait for shuttles was extremely convenient. My car was driven through speed bumps, without slowing down, to meet requirements for accurate and safe passage; 2. Driver passed gas, while in the car; 3. Car was parked outside, while indoor service was ordered. How do I know that? Well, I have a dash cam! If I would not have a dash cam, I would have never known of this negligence. Therefore, this business would have received 5-Stars. Who knows how many 5-Stars were given, while been clueless about the reality of things?! After sending a complaint, with a video footage, I have received a call from the owner. He told me that he has seen my footage and, along with his apologies, wished to offer couple of free days and a car detail, for my troubles. Akef (the owner) and I had a good heart-to-heart conversation. After talking to Akef, I am convinced that my future service with LAX Parking Curb Express will be superb, because he will make sure that those guys know me and my cars. That is my selfish position. However, that does not mean that the problem is resolved, on the grand scale, ...for other customers. As a business owner, I understand his position and what he has to deal with. Now, I hope that he understood that by leaving this review I am helping him to improve. It is not my business to run his business, but it is my business to take my business elsewhere. To have a curbside service for my day trips is of a good value to me. Therefore, this business has a good niche. At the same time, any business is as good as its' people. I am impressed with this service all around. It made it very convenient from departure to arrival. As I was traveling internationally alone, I was looking for the simplest and safest way to park my car without having to lug all my bags on and off a shuttle. A valet type service was definitely the way to go. Contrary to other reviews, I found the place quite easily. It's right on Sepulveda, and you'll spot a white sandwich board sign at the start of the curb. I pulled up and a driver came out to meet me. We did a look over of the car and then hopped in. I opted to let him drive me to the gate while I finished filling out the form. I'm glad that I did, because I'm not well versed in navigating LAX. The driver let me out and helped me unload my luggage right at the terminal door. So easy! When I returned, I collected my checked luggage and called the service with my terminal number. The driver didn't take very long, even with the zoo that is the international arrivals terminal. I had added a hand-car wash to my stay, so it was a treat to see my nice clean car pull up. I will definitely be using the service again, even when I'm not traveling alone. read more

On the return our flight was delayed, after texting them our car was there within 5 minutes. The driver helped load our luggage, and the car was washed and nothing inside had been disturbed. (4) Must call and notify them of your arrival and pick-up. **This was the confusing part since you would initially list all the information in the paperwork. I was thinking they would CALL ME. Had a bad experience, they picked me up 45 mins late. Had a dent I discovered 1 day later and a huge nail that made my tire go flat. Guy said that I didn't have to pay the 60.00 balance and he would pay me the difference if a new tire was needed. He proceeded to charge me the next day without my knowledge. After 15 years using The Parking Spot, this is my new service, and I mean "service". I called at 3:00 a.m. to make a reservation for arrival at 6:00 a.m., and they said no problem. How does it work? You turn up at this little construction-lot looking building, out pops a guy who gets your travel itinerary and credit card information, and then at my preference, he drove me over to the airport, helped me get the bags out and then he drove off with my car. Super-duper easy. But the magic is on the return to LAX. I've always hated having to wait for baggage, then make my way (sometimes quite a distance) hauling that stuff to the right colored sign to then await a shuttle to take me to the parking facility, standing in line waiting to pay, etc. With LAX Parking Curb Express, I just called them as soon as I had my bags, waited about 10 minutes or less, and here came my car. They loaded my baggage and gave me the paperwork, I handed them a tip, and then I drove straight home. (Somehow they make their own way back.) Drive north on Sepulveda past Century and make the first right on 98th, go half way down the block, easy to get to. It's only a matter of time before they get "discovered" and have to hire half the unemployed in LA to handle all the business. Best thing since sliced bread. Fabulous, love it !!!
