Nope. Just nope. I can not, in good faith, recommend you bring your car here. I got duped by somewhere else (for a different car) and apparently "oil in your radiator" is a common ploy to pad services, which this place also told me. Luckily, I only let them change the oil and I left. If I had stayed, they would have racked up almost 2K in services. I took my car elsewhere and I didn't need anything at all done to my car. I'm so tired of being taken advantage of and am finally speaking up. Oh, and they pretend they are doing you a favor. So bad. ARGH! read more

Update: spoke to owner Juan Carlos who apologized he said mistakes were made and I received a partial refund. I'm really grateful the owner reached out and made things right. I was charged $300 for tire rotation, oil change and air filter change. According to multiple people I was overcharged. This station used to be exquisite about a decade ago. Very personable. Eager for your business and eager to please. A real gem. Not now. DO NOT BRING YOU VEHICLE HERE NOW. They are very dishonest. One of the employees slipped up and made a comment that he would see me in a day or two (after I went to pick up my ford). It was a total slip up which he tried to cover .....and yupp, had to bring the car back 2 days later for a completely unrelated issue. Never been back since. I have to have my head up my you know what to have ever been going to a Toyota dealership for service. You tend to falsely trust them more -- and they abuse that trust by price gouging you. My 2006 Prius hybrid battery had just gone kaput, but the car only had 160K miles so felt she was destined for longer. The Toyota dealer I've been taking my car in for years (MDR Toyota) told me it would be 7K for a new battery w installation. Car is only worth 3K! Plus I had just put in 3K fixing other little things. Toyota told me they'd work with an outside refurbished battery dealer and give me a 6 month warranty for $3200. I agreed. Then days later they reneged and said they don't want the liability So I found High Tech Auto on yelp which had wonderful reviews. And let me tell you something...THEY ARE DESERVED. Communication and care by Fernando, Caesar and Carlos was beyond top notch. They secured, and installed, a refurbished hybrid battery and gave me a 2 YEAR WARRANTY. Every other place was 6 months MAX...for $2400. Oh, and the 4 tire pressure gauges I hadn't fixed for years cause Toyota wanted $400 A PIECE for them ($1600)... Fernando and the boys fixed all 4 including installation for $300 TOTAL. He even quoted a bit higher (which was fine) but ended up getting them a bit cheaper and passed those savings on to me. I went back a few years after getting my rear brakes done. I heard a noise in the front of my car, and thought to get my brakes checked for the front. I was offered a free 23 point brake inspection, and remembered, from my prior visit. I wasn't upsold any products or services, and given a full run down of what was good, or needed, for my vehicle. My girlfriend and I dropped in without an appointment because the plastic housing around one wheel made a horrible sound rubbing the tire. It had lost some plastic grommets. Ceasar, the owner was happy to help. His employee Carlos used a hydraulic jack to lift the front end so he could replace the missing grommets. Carlos made sure the grommets were the correct size. I had an absolutely unbelievable jaw dropping experience today, and not in a good way. When I called here (as I had enjoyed a good experience before and decided to be a regular customer), I asked about installing some brake lights that I had purchased. The response I got was, "Why don't you just Google it and do it yourself?" I was so shocked I couldn't respond with, "Oh, I'm sorry- if I wanted to do that, I wouldn't have called..!"
