I told myself I'd try hard not to leave 1-star reviews as to not hurt businesses, but this is deserved. ACTUALLY if we're talking about what's "deserved," I'd say there needs to be an option to Red Flag an establishment. I hate feeling like one of those "back in my day" chicks, but WTF WAS THAT?! Why is it nearly impossible to find people who simply care about doing a good job? ...Or at the very least, doing the BARE MINIMUM? This location actually was my go-to spot for oil changes and/or basic services. I used to bring my old Scion tc here (last stop being in Nov 2023, which was actually a great experience). I have no idea what happened between now and then, but the bar is ON THE FLOOR!! My partner and I were out running errands, and he decided to stop by to get a quick oil change. The typical routine is to drive up to the garage, someone walks up to your car, and you begin the process of letting them know what services you're in for, and the rest is history - we do just this (or attempt to) - 1) We pull up 2) No one comes 3) We literally sit and watch several employees pretending to work / doing anything to avoid eye contact After about 8 minutes, my partner decides to walk in. He sees an employee make shifty eye contact, then quickly walk out of sight. Zero acknowledgement. A few minutes pass - the employee walks passed again, so he gets his attention and asks for help (The shop is dead, mind you. Literally just a single car parked on each side of the garage). Instead of helping him, the employee tells him, "Oh, just wait in your car and someone will come out to help you." .... okay.... When he got back into the car, all employees scattered out of our sight like roaches. We sat for another 10 minutes. He took a picture and literally wrote an entire Google review while we sat in the car before finally deciding to just drive off. I know there are some days when we all just want to be left the fuck alone -- On those days? Come here. LOL. The employees may not be able to help, but 10000% they WILL leave you alone. In fact, they'll ignore you so hard, you'll feel damn near invisible. *And to the account manager leaving responses under bad reviews asking us to email the store -- please spare me. I don't want to email the store after writing this novel. If you're reading this review, email the link to yourself and take it back to the drawing board. Thanks for nothing. See you, never.

NOT A SAFE SHOP I…read moreplaced an order to replace a tire and to do a tire rotation. Pittstop replaced the tire within 30 minutes of me dropping off my car but forgot that I had requested a tire rotation. Upon reminding them that I ordered a tire rotation, they completed that within an hour. As part of their tire rotation service, they filled the air of each tire. Within 30 minutes of driving away, my car detected that the psi (air pressure) for one of my tires was low and decreasing incrementally. I parked my car to attend an event for an hour and assumed that the psi reading was just a system error that would reset once I restarted my car. Upon restarting my car, the psi was lower and at a dangerous level (my car screen had a warning message advising me to park my car). I called Pittstop letting them know about this problem, that I could hear air leaking from one of the tires, and that I'm on my way back to the shop. In the 15-mile ride back to Pittstop, I had to stop at 2 gas stations to fill air in the tire for fear that it would fully deflate as I was driving the road. It was extremely dangerous and unnecessarily stressful. Upon arriving, they inspected the tire and realized that the pin for the tire was broken. I asked one of their mechanics how it was broken and they just said, "it just happens.... who knows?" They didn't accept any responsibility for failing to hear that air was leaking from that tire (which was obvious as soon as you removed the plastic cap) or checking whether the pin was broken or not. These are simple post-repair diagnostics a mechanic should do to protect the safety of their customers. I am extremely disappointed in my experience here -- particularly given how dangerous the situation could have been if I did not have a car that had technology to warn me when air pressure is dangerously low.
