Not that I don't like paying a $170 for a typical oil change on a 2023 Kia, but when someone pulls up and tells you $120 for an oil change and then are quoted $50 bucks more because your car takes 6 quarts instead of 5, that is some expensive oil...I will stick to the dealership. I waited for over an hour before I realized that other customers were arriving after me and leaving. Eventually, I spoke up, and the staff member lied to me, claiming he didn't know about my situation. I do not appreciate being lied to; they simply forgot about my car. This is the worst service I've experienced. I understand that it can get busy, but honesty is essential. After over an hour and a half a guy came in to tell me they were working on it. Do not go here unless you want your privacy breached. I had a bad experience here for many reasons. The worst is they scanned my vin number. I asked why he lied and gave a fake excuse. I had been going to jiffy lube for years and never had my vin scanned. Then after the service they send a poll to review your satisfaction. The day after it expires you get an email from Carfax stating from Jiffy Lube listing all your car maintenance details and mileage. They sold my private info to Carfax without telling me and lied as to why they scanned my vin. I will no longer go to jiffy lube. They also refused to give any discount on their overpriced oil change when I couldn't find my coupon in my emails. I was also being pressured for an air filter upsell for $40 when it was mostly white and I told them I had just had it replaced. I thought those days of pressuring unnecessary upsells with threats I was harming my car were in the past. Go elsewhere where they're honest. read more

Dangerous Negligence and Complete Lack of Accountability I'm writing this review because my wife's experience at this Jiffy Lube could have ended in a serious accident. She went in for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation. During the service, the technicians noticed that several screws on the skid plate were loose -- yet failed to tell her before releasing the vehicle. Within minutes of leaving, the skid plate came loose and dragged underneath her car while driving on the freeway. This was not only terrifying but extremely dangerous. Had it come off completely, it could have caused a major accident. What's most upsetting is that this situation was entirely preventable. It reflects a total lack of professionalism, judgment, and basic integrity. Not warning a customer about a known issue that could affect their safety is inexcusable. We trusted Jiffy Lube to handle a routine service safely -- instead, their negligence created a hazardous situation that could have had devastating consequences. This location has clearly lost our trust, and I strongly urge others to avoid this shop altogether until they take accountability for their actions and retrain their staff in basic safety and customer care. read more

I'm giving this location 1 star Came here a week and a half ago for a simple oil change on my car that is practically new. I let them know I was driving long distance to Vegas and I left here noticing something seemed off. I immediately took a photo of this and had to come back of course they don't have my screws or parts anymore why would they? They were very busy trying to sell me other parts and when I said no I'm sure that bothered them. I would never ever take my car here again. I asked for a manager who never came out. One of the employees fixed it with zip ties. He said that these things happen and I'm like in my head well they shouldn't. Very very disappointing as this is not the quality of work I was expecting from this place. After speaking to multiple people I've been told that your better off taking your car to a dealer. Total waste of money and now more expensive to fix ! Zip ties? They should should have ordered a replacement screws and properly fixed my vehicle. Run from this place.... They walk you through everything they are doing and the reasons why it might be beneficial to opt in to one service or another and are never pushy if you say no. The employees are very helpful and let me know if I would like to take care of any other issues they happen to notice. I've been to several different Jiffy Lubes, and by far this location is the best! I came here for oil change as walk-in for my BMW. They were very kind, informative, and One thing I really liked was that they checked the tire pressure and balanced it out by putting more air on each tire. I was going to go to Costco to do it myself later, but they just did it for me without me asking for it. (No other Jiffy Lube had done it if not asked.) Jiffy Lube always offers some coupons for oil change, so it helps lower the price. I am one happy customer and will definitely come back for the next service. read more
