So this was a great experience getting an oil change for a Land Rover. A lot of oil change locations don't service these cars, but this particular shop did--and they have the best rates in the city. I definitely recommend you check them out. They even have a coffee and water station in the waiting area. The shop is located near other stores and restaurants, which makes it super convenient. Drop your car off, walk around the community, or support the other local businesses in the area, then come back and pick up your vehicle. One thing I also noticed is that first-time customers get 10% off. So not only are you already getting a great deal, but as a first-time customer, you get an even better one. I usually go to Chris and his team here to bring my used vehicles. Because everybody knows once you buy a used vehicle that has over 200,000 miles it's going to need a honest and fair priced mechanic, cause it's going to have issues. My latest vehicle was a 97 ford E-250 cargo van, typical ford always got issues, just out of curiosity I went shopping around for prices to get my fuel pump replaced. Stupid me I wasted a day "time and money" pricing other shops with their shady cheap mechanics, when I should have just went here first and trusted them. Victor helped me out with a very fair price and even replaced my fuel filter as well for a couple dollars more so one less issue to deal with in the future. I've been a long-time customer and I never really have time to write reviews, but I felt bothered and had to open up an account with Yelp and Google to share my experience. I was there a few weeks ago to have my vehicle serviced. To my shock and disbelief, I was informed Alex, who is an utmost professional and cordially greeted me as soon as I arrived to the shop is no longer employed at Lube King. I think the new person in charge, his name is Daniel and is the new service manager. I have a gut instinct this new manager in charge is not very friendly, has a cold approach, gets very pushy, and forces you to sign your signature on the faded copied work order on his clipboard with no written communication as to what services need to be performed. The vibe I get from Daniel is the "talk the talk" upselling tactic, while abruptly raising his voice while talking, let alone i smell the strong odor of tobacco and alcohol on him, which I don't appreciate and feel very uncomfortable from Daniel. I found another auto service facility, but I don't receive that trusting excellent service I've gotten from the Lube King Team after Daniel was hired on. read more

I had called in to make an appointment for an oil change. Got there a little earlier and they were able to start on my car right away. After they completed the car inspection, they noticed my back breaks needed to be replaced and called me to let me know. They didn't try to sell me anything. I had forgotten about getting them replaced when I had gotten my front breaks replaced last time I got an oil change at a different shop. I was short on time because I did not expected additional services for my car. I communicate to them I needed the car by a certain time to get to my appointment and they delivered on time. I've been going to this place for over two years and I had faith in them until I've experienced a scam and a lie right in my face. I will not be going back period. What happened? I stopped by to get an oil change but then they made me wait over an hour to deal with two customers who came after me. The reason was the counter clerk and mechanic both told me I needed new front brake pads right away so I told them to show me. When they showed me they made me believe I need new brakes right away by pointing out how thin the pads are. I told them I would think about it and come back but when I got my brakes inspected by another honest guy Dave from mobile brake guy, he told me straight up I don't need new pads. He told me the pads are still good 40% life left and he wouldn't take my money. That's when something clicked because when I was waiting at the waiting room the clerk told 3 customers in the waiting room that they all need front brake pads changed. Yup that was their tactic to scam people and when I called it out, they were trying to give me false information with how skinny my pads are. Yea that's straight up sketchy scam. I've been coming here for two years so I'm sketched out if they put shitty recycled oil instead of regular good oil and messed up my engine. Anyhow that's it I'm not going back. I am so mad and sad with what they did to my car and how they went about it. My husband took the 1986 Corvette for the front main seal replacement. He gets the car back and once he's home, he notices that the wheel locks have been cut off. He called the shop THREE times when they were working on the car to check in. Not once did they ask for the wheel lock key or let him know they cut it off. The wheel lock key was in the center console the whole time. When we took it to Americans tire, they were able to locate it right away. On top of this, when I checked the car fax, they input the wrong information!! They said they replaced the water pump when it was replaced back in 2019. This wasn't even the job I went in for. I'm so glad I still have the car fax. We went back since the owner said he'll replace the locks and this guy threw it at us. I'm sorry you guys couldn't do the job right. I'm sorry you guys messed up. 0/10 would not recommend Also they overcharge for sure read more

I recently was faced with eitheŕ having a major repair done on my 2002 Nissan Xterrà (117,778 mi) or buying a new car. I went to Lube King and asked Alex for three estimates. 1) to just repair the heater hoses in order for me to drive the car to the dealer to trade in 2) what repairs would be necessary if I were to keep the car for 6 mos. and then sell it 3) what repairs would be necessary if I were to keep the car for hopefully another 100k mi. Alex was so accommodating with patience and provided me with all three estimates. Because I began to have faith in what I was being told and felt everything to be done was necessary, I decided to keep the car for the long haul and asked for the extensive repairs, major 100k mi tuneup, changing all hoses in car, new battery, timing belt, main seal, etc. I had explained that I no longer felt safe driving my car and that I needed that comfort in order to keep the car for an extended time. On top of all this, Alex provided new wiper blades and àn oil change/filter at no charge and also gave me a $67 dollar discount. My car now drives as well as it did the day I got the car in 2002! I am so glad to have found Alex and his uncle with whom I feel are 100% honest and really care about my specific needs now and going forward. I can now say I have à new mechanic that is going to help me with routine maintaince from here on out and help me get the mileage out of my vehicle as I should be able to achieve. I highly recommend LubeKing, especially for us ladies who may not know all the much about cars and have a hard time trusting what we are told by some businesses/mechanics. Thank you, Alex and team.
