Don't leave you car in this place! I left my car there when I took a trip to Miami for 2 weeks and they scratched my car. I told them about it and said "we will get back with you" it been a month and nothing from there. Don't wasted your money here!

Tickets needed to hold on too while traveling.

VIP parking was amazing and I have already recommended to multiple people since my trip in May! Very reasonable in price, easy and the fastest parking service I have ever used in LA. You call the service when you land and within a few minutes a friendly driver appears and takes you straight to your car that's waiting at the front of the lot for you. They have this down. No frustrating wait after a long day of travel.

Car was damaged! I saw the handful of bad reviews with damaged cars and thought they were flukes, and made a note to check our car before we left the lot so we wouldn't get F'ed. When we returned after a 5-day trip our car was ready for us, and the bumper was pushed in with the fog light damaged. Gabbie, the receptionist, came outside to deny that anything had happened, without asking any questions or investigating at all. She started with "this doesn't happen here because we have security cameras," then changed to "there would be color or paint where the car hit yours." When I demanded to look at the security videos, she said I would need to call Mike who is there on Wednesdays or Thursdays. I said today is Thursday... Umm... She gave me "Mike's" email and phone number, which is the same number you call for the shuttle, and the info email address for the business. Useless. She said they could look at the video to see if the car was damaged when we arrived, and then they'll call me. We filed a police report. We haven't heard from them. This garage is obviously too crowded for the employees to safely valet the vehicles. Even with my photos of the car before and after, I can only assume that this will be an insurance claim for me to deal with and I'll never hear from Mike or anyone else at VIP. I'll update this review if I hear from them. This sucks.

Pretty decent spot! Gabby was super helpful and process to self park was smooth. Will update the review after I come back if theres any problems. If not...all went well! They have security surveillance as well across the lot

Conveniently located to LAX. Quick in and out, Van transportation to and from airport. Easy reservation process and reasonably priced.

Great place to have your car damaged with no responsibility take by the company. Cost me $1000+ to have repairs made.

Our driver, Luis, who did everything on his own that morning, heard us talking and offered to drive back to our car once he dropped us off and retrieve his laptop.

I really want to give this place 5 stars but I think with its current iteration it isn't quite…read morethere yet only because there's so much space that needs businesses to come in. That being said, ROW DTLA is a dreamscape when it comes to filming content and just catching city vibes in a safe space. Located near the Arts District this space of buildings used to be utilized for the textile industry. With multi floored buildings creating rows of foot traffic on the ground this space is perfect for events, pop ups, and get togethers. It's one of the reasons why Smorgasburg is held here on Sundays. It's why on any given weekend there may be an event being held, whether it be to celebrate AAPI month or the different creatives in the area. This space is filled with homegrown businesses and unique shops to visit. One of my favorite places is Hightide which is a Japanese stationary and supplies shop. The vibes are immaculate and walking in really feels like being in a store in Japan. Another popular space is Scent Bar for those who love perfume and are aromaphiles. With plenty of small curated artists being featured in this apothecary of aromas, Scent Bar is a nice stop whilst visiting the Row. If you're looking for interesting and discussion worthy furniture A+R is a must, located at one of the ends of the Row. For good coffee with artistic vibes you got to check out GGET (Go Get Em Tiger). Next to that if you're looking for stronger waters is Flask & Field with smaller batch and independent distilleries and crafters. All of this and the parking is free for the first 2 hours. In LA, that's unheard of! And it's a large parking structure with modern infrastructure. Blessed. With all this, hopefully ROW DTLA will continue to grow with more businesses and still retain its charm as time marches forward. Good for a short stay or half a day, if you're looking for things to do in LA proper, ROW DTLA is worth your drive.

It's literally right next to where Smorgasburg is being held, so we spent whatever little time we had there and didn't really explore the rest of ROW DTLA. Though I have to say that I was very surprised that were even still in LA. No graffiti, trash everywhere, smell of human wastes or anything. Very clean, modern, spacious, and calming even with the crowds of people there. Felt like an oasis in LA. Though that comes with the price, seeing the businesses here. Yes they look nice but it's giving hoity toity performative LA folks vibe and I can see why rent to live in LA is so high. Nothing really piqued my interest as a non normie, but I'm sure if you are one or like these kind of non franchise, off label places, for normie looking, better quality clothes, home goods, etc. this is for you.

Downtown

Parking in downtown LA is a nightmare as lots cost $5 per 20 minutes for small compact-car sized…read morespots in unsafe neighborhoods overrun with homeless people. The Perishing Square lot has sketchiness as well, but there are several reasons that I choose to park here if I'm going to Downtown LA in areas south of Skid Row. (In areas north of skid row, I'd park in Little Tokyo). First, if you park here on the weekends or after 5pm on weekdays, they have a flat rate for $9. During work hours on weekdays, the rate would be around $20 if you stay longer than 2 hours ($3 per 15 min with $20 max). Second, though the area is sketchy, there is security and this is a covered lot. Even the presence of security is a step up from most of the lots in the area. It may be only as good as a car alarm; however, I'll take it. Lastly, I feel that it's pretty conveniently located to key attractions in DTLA like Grand Central Market, Jewelry District, and some of the hotels in the area. In terms of safety and convenience, DTLA is one of the worst places to park in Los Angeles; however, I think this lot is one of the best of the worst. Note: entrances to this lot can be found on 5th and 6th streets between Hill and Olive. Note: If you are intending to go to Little Tokyo, Arts District, or north of skid row, look up the Aiso parking lot.
