The place also has a significant number of folks that were greeted by name, which in our mind is a very good indication of a top quality establishment. The atmosphere was comfortable and the noise level was just right -- busy enough to feel lively but still easy to have a conversation. Unfortunately, the potato skins were very disappointing. They were so dry and hard that I couldn't even chew the edges. The toppings and sauce had good flavor, but the texture of the skins made them difficult to eat and took away from the dish. Overall, the great service and welcoming environment stood out, but the food quality -- at least the potato skins -- didn't meet expectations. I hope this was just an off night because the staff really did a great job.
