Being that it was my first time it took me about 20 minutes to get the hang of floating and settle in and at some point I fell asleep!! I felt horrible as it took me a bit to wake up with the employee telling me my session was over but she was really nice about it! The salt cave was also stunning and comfortable. I really do think it helped me be less congested. My only complaint is that the body wash in the shower was out so I used shampoo to get the salt off and there was no opportunity to dry my hair. I also am having a bit of trouble with salt in my ears but they offered ear plugs so that's just a beginners error. I am a highly anxious person and I can honestly say I walked out of this place feeling like I could take on the world. I've never been so at peace and cannot wait to come back!!

She answered the phone when I booked and then also showed me the barcode and just pointed and got annoyed with me that I didn't understand what she meant as she just pointed. Another highlight is the Crystal Bed, which activates the chakras and combines light therapy with crystal therapy and chroma therapy. I had a 3 month wait to see my RA dr. so I knew I had to take measures into my own hands. I truly believe Cleansing Concepts was Godsent. I took detoxing very seriously to find any relief I could find. Started with 3 weeks of Colon cleansing, followed by 3 weeks of lymphatic drainage, then another 3 weeks of Ozone Steam Therapy. I clicked on the link and discovered it was a BEAUTIFUL space, close to my home, and they were having a grand opening. Checking it out was the one of the greatest things I've ever done in my life. Not only is the place STUNNING, but they have so many awesome things to do. They have wonderful yoga teachers, especially Liz. The classes are truely for all levels. Whether you are a pro or have never stepped in a yoga class before, you will have a wonderful experience. Having a terrible back, knee, and being overweight you must be able to sense my fear of trying new things... Especially anything physical! I have always felt comfortable and welcome in the classes and yoga has greatly helped my recovery process. And that's just the yoga! They also have crystal bowl meditations, and angel meditations. I have never tried those things before, and I have to say they were both incredible experiences! I would definitely try again. Whiletrition Wellness is definitely a place you should check out. Whether you are looking for strictly exercise or relaxation, or spiritual healing, they literally have it all! My husband and I attended the introduction to Yoga and we are still going today. The people who attend are all so nice and friendly and there is no judgement here or anyone being better than the other. Truly appreciate the friendships made here and the endless events and classes Sandy offers. She is dedicated and loves what she does and runs a fantastic and successful studio.
