Everyone is so pleasant, warm, caring, attentive, & helpful. The facility is not even 15 minutes away & is located in a beautiful, peaceful area, & is clean & cool (emphasis on the cool part, in these heatwaves we've been having). As well, there is plenty of parking availability. Fortunately, they are in my insurance network, but after visiting, meeting, & being treated by them, I'd say they're worth it even if they're not in your network. I get relief after every visit, & the exercises they suggest I do on my own help a lot with that relief too. This is the first time I've sat upright for an MRI in a booth-like seat and there was no claustrophobia or staring into a blank ceiling of a tube. Machinery was noisy, which I expected (having had multiple MRIs in the past), but the closed captioned TV was a good distraction. The test was finished within 20 minutes, as promised. If I ever need another MRI, this is the facility to which I'll go.
