He also replaced four glass panes on three windows where the seal was broken and fogging up. His measurements were perfect and the new glass looks amazing. Fortunately, they're open 24/7. No one answered, so I called again. Someone picked up immediately. I told them I needed an emergency repair for a Hyundai Santa Fe windshield (asap). Unfortunately, they did not have the glass ready in their shop but they were able to place an order that night for pick up the next day. I was told the glass would arrive around noon, then a technician would come out to complete the service between 12-3 pm. He would install the new windshield and clean up the glass. What a relief! The next morning, I called to confirm the service and was assured a repairman would come out to my address that afternoon. Around 2:30, I still hadn't received a call from them. I called again and asked if someone was coming. Sure enough, he was coming... at 3:30-4pm. He shows up, starts manhandling my windshield and the loose glass. He installs the new windshield and leaves all the glass in my trunk and in the street, so I asked him to clean it (as I was promised). He didn't even have a broom or a vacuum! I gave him my dust pan and a broom so he could sweep up the glass from my car. The glass remained on the street and he told me he was heading out. I received the bill - about $400 for the windshield with tax and fees. Argh! Repairman was friendly but I wasn't too impressed with his clean up. Spent extra time sweeping the rest of my car and the street after he left. Great solution for a quick fix, kinda pricey and not the best customer service! LOL

We'd had trouble getting a contractor for such a small job before, so I appreciated that. They were able to come for an estimate the day after I called, and scheduled installation very quickly after the glass arrived less than a week later. The work was done in under a half hour, looks great, and they left no mess or trace at all. The total cost was $295, which felt reasonable to me. My Pella sliding glass door recently shattered and they recommended replacing the entire door for a price of $4,500 or more. All Glass came out (on time and for free) and gave me an estimate of a little over $300. Today they arrived early and worked for over an hour in pouring rain with perfectionistic standards. Even a hardly noticeable problem in an upper corner was given about a ten minute treatment until it was absolutely perfect (I think I would have just given up...) They put a drop cloth down to catch all of the old glass pieces and then when the job was finished, they vacuumed and even hand picked tiny pieces on the floor. I had just measured the table before our conversation and provided him with the correct measurements. I even explained that I would come to the location to pick up the glass myself. When I called back the following day, Marc changed the measurement to 20 inches and insisted that was the size he had originally quoted me for. This was frustrating, especially since I clearly remember the details of our initial conversation. What made the experience even worse was feeling as though my honesty was being questioned. After serving in the military for over 30 years, I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to be made to feel as though I am being dishonest. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Customer service should be built on professionalism, clear communication, and respect for customers. My advice to anyone considering doing business here is to make sure all measurements, prices, and agreements are documented in writing to avoid misunderstandings. This was a disappointing experience that could have been handled much more professionally.
