**FINAL UPDATE** A solid 5 out of 5 Stars…read more The day before installation, I received a text from Vytex. This was to confirm my appointment on the 21st of November, as well as the ETA window for their installation team, which was 0830-1130. On the day of installation, the installation team arrived at 08:21. The Team Lead (Ahwner) introduced himself, and we walked to the windows that were to be replaced. He explained that before beginning the installation, he would need to confirm the measurement for accuracy. Once he completed the remeasurements, he advised me that they would start the installation. Including the TL (Ahwner), there were four members on this install team. They quickly began setting up their work areas. They placed tarps over my laminate floors, entryways, furniture, and even the grass outside. This was to ensure that no debris or loose materials would be left behind. All the work was completed by 09:43. Upon completion, the TL asked me to walk the project with him to confirm my satisfaction. He asked if I had any questions about the completed project, then asked me to sign the order of completion sheet. Part of this process included a link/QR code to scan for the final balance payment. There was an issue with the QR code, so he suggested I call their customer service for assistance. Once on the phone with their customer service, they provided an email link that I used to resolve the remaining balance. What can be said that hasn't already been said? Overall, I am delighted with Window Nation's service. Their quality workmanship, customer service, and follow-up in addressing any questions or concerns I may have had throughout this process.

I have 4, maybe more windows with broken seals and I deeply regret purchasing windows with this company. If you fill out the form to get in contact with the company then you'll get a real person trying to sell you windows. Of course.

During the process of renovating my entire house, I found Anthony's company through Home Advisor as a quality and affordable alternative to the big name companies that have a lot of overhead to cover. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured and locally owned and operated, so support local businesses! The experience with Anthony was very positive, from having the initial in-home consultation to receiving a quote to getting the installation scheduled and completed. There is no pushy sales tactic here; only professionalism and honesty. My front door and kitchen doors were installed in a day, are sturdy and well constructed, look fabulous, and keep the cold air out. I chose a very modern deep red door with rectangular windows. The installation has overall skyrocketed my home's curb appeal. It's the best door in the neighborhood thanks to Anthony. I highly recommend Anthony and Beltway Exteriors for all of your home needs (including windows, siding, gutters, driveways, and much more).

The installation was done professionally and relatively fast for both doors and the bars on the windows (took 3 days). It did take a while for the installation materials to arrive, which resulted in delayed installation dates, but I believe that the rainy weather had a lot to do with that as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend the services of Beltway Exteriors.

I have a Levitt built Colonial House in Bowie, MD that had the original wood windows from 1964. The…read morewindows were in bad shape, hard to open, and extremely drafty. Some of the bottom sill and brick molding around the windows was rotted and needed to be replaced. I wanted all 22 wood windows replaced with Revere Berkshire Elite double hung windows. Joe Dixon, my immediate contact from Newbrook, made a great design suggestion for the bank of windows in the living room and dining room (he suggested using one giant horizontal slider at each location instead of three double hungs separated by mullions, as they were originally). From my initial contact with Newbrook until the job was complete, everything went extremely smooth. After my initial contact with them, Joe came to the house and provided a written estimate. He also brought window samples. The window model I purchased (Revere Berkshire Elites double pane) are well known for their energy efficiency (better than Energy Star standards) and modern design (very thin frames which equate to a higher visible glass area). Once my wife and I agreed that Newbrook presented the best value after mulling it over several days, we provided a deposit and signed on the dotted line. From that point, about one week later a very professional gentleman (Carlos) from the installation crew came out and measured all of the windows. Subsequently, the window installation happened approximately 5 weeks after this. Carlos, the same individual who measured the windows, showed up to head up the installation. Speaking of the installation, I had done quite a bit of research on the proper way to install vinyl replacement windows. In fact, I obtained the installation instructions directly from Alside (the window manufacturer, parent company of Revere). I was very happy with the installation - the windows were a nice, snug fit in the existing framing. Low expanding foam was inserted around all gaps, the caulking was high quality and aesthetically pleasing, and the aluminum capping was to spec. They also replaced the rotted wood as promised prior to capping. The crew cleaned the inside and outside of every window prior to leaving and left no trash behind. I should also mention that both Joe and his partner, Dermott (the owner of Newbrook) came to my house during the install and inspected the installation as it was unfolding. The windows look fantastic - many times better than the original wood windows. I can already tell that the house is better insulated now - I adjusted the thermostat up 3 degrees and it only took about 20 minutes for the temperature to raise (it was about 40 degrees outside) - previously, it would take about 45 minutes to accomplish this. In summary, Newbrook has been a pleasure to deal with. No sales gimmicks - they gave me a great price right from the start without the hassle of negotiation. The installation is high quality, and the reputation of the window manufacturer (Alside) is something that can depended on (they've been in business since 1947, so if I ever have a warranty issue, chances are they'll still be around to take care of it). I attached four pictures of the front of my house. On one picture, the top windows have been replaced but the bottom windows have not. On the second picture, the bottom windows have been replaced. However, the capping and installation aren't complete. The third and fourth pictures show the windows after everything was completed.

I would definitely call NewBrook for more work on my other rental properties... in fact, I already have!
