We got a great deal and I recommend using ROI for your next project. The construction team was great and even though the project took a little longer then expected it was still done promptly. There was a slight delay because they found old asbestos siding and that needed to be removed. Our project coordinator Brooke was very nice and helped everything run smoothly.

He listened to me, asked me to send over pictures and he wld call me back in a few days. Well he called me back as promised with two solutions that did not involve me replacing all or most of the siding for a money grab. He said 1st he wanted to come and pick up the piece and try to color match it and option #1 was to use the color matched piece and then repair or #2: take a piece of siding from another place on the house and put the new "color matched" piece in its place. That way the color matched piece wldnt stand out. Option 2 and thank you! Well within two days and no fuss to me-it was repaired and my home no longer looks negelected. Thank you Mr. Richmond-your kindness and patience with this damsel in distress helped make a stressful situation go away. I have a sign directly on my doorbell and a massive 'No Soliciting' sign in my yard, yet this company ignores both. I have security footage of a representative from this company walking up to my door, looking directly at my sign, reading it, and choosing to knock anyway. If this is how their employees are trained to treat property owners and ignore basic requests, I can only imagine what they would ignore during an actual home renovation project. There is zero respect for property here. I will never recommend a company that blatantly disregards the signs and boundaries of a homeowner. Avoid them if you value respect and professionalism.
