Before I paid him for this project, he would answer his phone on the first ring. After all of the numerous nightmares during this install, he refuses to answer any of my calls or texts. He has left me hanging big time, and owes me several pieces of important equipment, as well as a refund on $2,258 worth of fish that I paid for, yet only received about half, not to mention that the few I did receive were about triple in price of what other stores charge! Plus, I am new at this hobby, and obviously have lots of questions about my new tank, yet Jacob refuses to take a minute of his time answer them. He moves on to new victims and forgets about his previous customers. After visiting several of the local fish stores, I heard many horror stories about Jacob and the way he runs his business. I wish I had done more research before I spent $14,000 with this guy! I have lost a lot of sleep over this ordeal. I am leaving this negative review, my first ever, so that others may save themselves from going through what I have gone through. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed by Sierra at petco grooming,…read more We talked with her for quite a long amount of time letting her know the limitations our Dog has, she has a bad back right leg, and can't stand for long on it, she told us that she loves to take dogs with problems because she said she really cares about her customers pets, she said it would be no problem for her to take our dog in for a grooming, so i scheduled an appointment for 2 months down the road, that day was today May 8th 2026, I had my dog there 15 min early just like the appointment card says to she was not there, so i waited for her when Sierra arrived she asked me what i wanted done and i told her she printed out the work order, but then she said she had to go talk to her manager to see if she could groom my dog, after about 15 min she came back and said she couldn't groom my dog because her manager said the dog had to be able to stand the whole time of the grooming and would not let her groom the dog, nothing like that was said when we made the appointment, you can't trust what Sierra says and the Manager should have at least had the Courtesy to come tell me in person, it was very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE or none at all. as you can see with a 1.9 rating poorly managed and staffed store you should go somewhere else or shop on line.

The employee that helped my mom took her I.D and held it while we played with the puppy. The employee that helped my brother in law didn't take his I.D. When my mom was done she gave the employee back the puppy and my mom spaced on getting her I.D back and the employee also didn't think about it. We are from Salt Lake so the next day we drove home and we were flying out to Puerto Rico a few days later. My mom realized she never grabbed her I.D once we got home. She had to hurry and have them mail to back to her before our flight to Puerto Rico. It was very frustrating.

You could have simply told my son it could scare the birds- instead of sharply saying " I'm going to have you stop. It gets enough exercise during the day". I would stop my kids from being crazy- if that was actually the case. The other time- you started to set a bird on my daughter shoulder- without warning and she flinched out of reaction. You told her she isn't ready for a bird. You completely broke her heart. As you have seen, my daughter has been very interested in a bird and has tried asking you a lot of questions.
