What an amazing store! I wish I lived here because I would come all the time. I will always stop by…read morewhen we are in town. The store was clean and had an amazing selection of natural treats and toys. The employees were extremely kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. They have a good selection of dog bowls, clothing, and collars/leashes. The bath area looked as if it was very clean and well maintained. We ended up getting a few donut toys, lamb ears, bully sticks, and stingray sticks for our dogs. They loved everything! I feel good about giving my dog clean and natural products. Can't wait to come back.

I do like bone appetite but I am not sure about the self-wash situation. I have a little 18lb…read morepoodle and a 21lb cockapoo. The first time I took them to the self wash I was charged for a medium and a large sized dog self-wash after telling them my dogs weight. Now a second time I go and they asked for my dogs weight, I said 18 and 21lbs. I had also gotten a few exotic treats that were not priced so I didn't think anything when I heard the total. When I got home and look at the receipt I noticed I was charged for 2 large dogs. Mind you we had to wash both dogs in the same tub at the same time. Their normal groomer doesn't even charge them as large dogs because they are not. So I guess I'm just confused on the pricing because a 21lb cockapoo is BARELY a medium sized dog... so I guess great for treats bad for self washing.

We are full time RVers and one of our biggest challenges is finding a groomer that can take our…read moreCharlie when we come in to town. We only stay places about 4 weeks and if we don't call ahead of our next stop, most places are full and not taking any more dogs. We most often have to resort to PetSmart or Petco and we pay the same amount of money or more and the cut is never as good as the local groomers. We want to shop and spend our money with local businesses but its hard when you're not regular customer. Thankfully, we were able to jump into a spot with about 2 weeks out notice and that worked for us. What worked for us: ------------------------------------- They had a spot for us! They offered a full grooming service with nails, teeth, ears, etc.. They agreed to not 'treat' Charlie while grooming him. (he has a very sensitive stomach) They asked questions about what we wanted and confirmed the cut we were looking for (we showed the last PetSmart groomer 6 photos and told him exactly what we wanted and they still shaved off our Charlie's eyebrows???) They could do a Schnauzer cut (mostly the Schnauzer head is what we're looking for) They about 90 minute (most of the PetCo/Smart places require 3-4 hours???) They were easy to locate They had parking for our big truck (we have an F450 Dually) What did not work: ----------------------------------- Can't think of anything. They did a great job and our Charlie came back looking dapper and smelling good ;-)

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had in my entire life. I saw the kitten i…read morewas interested in online and fell in love with her. I went and picked her up, payed $100 for the adoption which included her spay, vaccines and they kindly supplied me with food for a few weeks. The gentleman with with black hair and glasses, he's wonderful. Im so upset I can't remember his name but he is very kind and knowledgeable on all the kittens inside. Lulu is very nice as well. I've seen multiple comments where people are bashing her attitude and saying things that just aren't true. I have met with and dealt with lulu on multiple occasions now and although she is very to the point and direct, she is far from rude. Her job is to adopt out helpless animals to good homes. If you get denied it isn't her fault. Dont try to adopt a puppy for your 90 year old grandma... it's just not a good fit you know? And if you just became an adult yesterday... yeah I wouldn't trust you with $5 bill let alone something with a heartbeat. Lulu is very considerate and loves the animals inside. She is direct and is a no nonsense type of person. If that isn't something you can respect, especially in this industry, then adopting anything EVER isnt really in your cards. My kitten was struggling and when I called up PAWS just to ask a simple question, Lulu helped me in making sure my kitten was taken care of, and for the coming weeks. This was absolutely without a doubt the best adoption experience I have ever had. Ill recommend this time and time again. GREAT people. GREAT atmosphere.

She acts like we are idiots, and she is so superior when is comes to pet knowledge. If you are going to be a business owner, learn some customer service skills. We had finally makes a decision on what we were going to purchase, and we're planning on going back today. After the experience we had, we will never go to her store again. We will make sure everyone we know will not go there as well. My kids were not running around like crazy. They are not those kind of kids. My son ( who is a fairly calm 9 year old ) was playing with the rabbit- who seemed to enjoy the attention. You could have simply told my son it could scare the birds- instead of sharply saying " I'm going to have you stop. It gets enough exercise during the day". I would stop my kids from being crazy- if that was actually the case. The other time- you started to set a bird on my daughter shoulder- without warning and she flinched out of reaction. You told her she isn't ready for a bird. You completely broke her heart. As you have seen, my daughter has been very interested in a bird and has tried asking you a lot of questions. Honestly very disappointed in your people skills. Also, you do not try to educate. You talk to them like they are beneath you. From an online source: "Some people don't realise just how much exercise rabbits need. They should not be kept in their hutch all day long without any form of exercise. A lack of exercise can lead to serious health problems such as obesity, poor bone and muscle density and urinary infections." www.timeforpaws.co.uk ' owning-y...
