They will hurt your dog and give no apologies or remorse for their mistakes. The lead tech who's a woman is over bearing and doesn't listen along with Dr. Ryan Bowler. If you want to be ripped off on his prices which are outrageous and get the poorest quality care for your pet then this is your guy! His tech hurt my dog and now my dog is terrified and won't go back because of his fear of them. He's a special needs dog who was an abused dog before I got him and he has major anxiety and trust issues. I called them out on it (hurting my dog) and they suggested I drug my dog up next time before bringing him in. They suggested I drug my dog up before coming in so they can cut his nails?! When I mentioned this to Ryan Bowler that his tech hurt my dog he just shrugged it off and suggested because it didn't bleed that he wasn't hurt. I about lost it. When I told him I was taking my dog to someone else he just dismissed it like he couldn't care less. No apologies, offers, consolations or considerations to keep us he just dismissed us like we were nothing to him. He literally couldn't care less. I've been bringing Harly in for a couple years and then they did this like it was just business as usual so I told him I was done with his horrible practice. I've had issues with him before over the $70 exam fee that he spent doing for less than two minutes to tell me yep he's okay all for $70. I'm telling you these people will hurt your dog and then act like it was yours or the dog's fault! Worst veterinarian I've ever had after 30 years of owning dogs and going to vets I've ever encountered. You want your pet to be abused this is your guy! WARNING GO AT THE RISK OF YOUR PET!!

So this is…read morenot about the vet but the client care here - I've called with questions a few times and the desk staff always seems annoyed and confused at basic questions (I worked at a vet front desk for a year there's some basics missing here) But recently I got a notification my dogs bord vaccine was expired. Now looking so are his DAPP and rabies. So red hills saw my dog for his annual (with all old medical records) and updated me on one vaccine but not any others? Every vet I have ever had has kept record of that regardless of administering the shots or not? When I called for clarification the desk told me they didn't even have my dogs rabies information which is alarming because you took my dogs blood but didn't make sure he was vaccinated for rabies? Anyway, just beware of communication breakdown at this vet.

And " SURPRISINGLY " she had PARVO! I had called the this place and let them know and they just brushed it off. I spent three hundred dollars here for absolutely nothing and am still to this day beyond disappointed and sad how MONEY hungry these people are. I lost my best friend due to them not listening . The emergency vet had also told me if they tested her when I brought her in, there was a bigger chance she would've stayed alive cause we caught it in time. Just be careful who you go to and actually watch who cares about your animal's and your concerns. Because I lost my best friend due to these people not listening to me or how my dog was acting. I have seen him late late at night when he had come to a ranch I was living on to treat a horse with colic or a heifer in distress who calf was entirely just to big to deliver on her own. I've been there when we had to put down one of our own who had fought for so long to be there for her Momma "owner" you could tell the bond they shared was pure magic. Then there is myself and a beautiful cat i had had nearly 19 years since the day she was born. It was the worst day for me but Brazil needed to be out of pains path and running and chasing something across the rainbow bridge while waiting for me to return to her. More was so kind and actually was pretty moved himself. She passed right where her little life had begun, in my arms. I could go on and on about Moe Bracken and Cheri I can't forget about Cheri. She is so outgoing and such a love and knows these little fur babies just as much and she'll out fish the best of the best of them. I wouldn't take my animals anyplace else. I live out of state now but trust me I will drive back to Moe and his staff any day. I don't know what I'd do if Moe ever decides to retire lol, I suppose whom ever he brings on board and he trust working with will one day be my new veterinary doctor. Recently my daughters dog cocker spaniel Ring needed physical therapy after her body shut down for an unknown reason, after her awesome veterinarian care at Color country animal hospital we knew we needed to help Ring gain her her muscle tone back and learn how to use her body properly again. With Anita's massage therapy, red light therapy, physical, and hydro therapy Ring is doing amazing we have had 6 visit's and when we go to the sessions Ring gets stronger every time, and my daughter has homework to do at home as well.
