I was an unfortunate duck with two left feet, for as long as I remember. Then I had a friend who…read moreblessed me with a dream to dance!I've heard about La Rumba for years, but I never had the cajones to actually show up and get your groove on! I also had a goal to get over dance anxiety, embrace anxiety and Salsa/ Bachata dance lessons were my ticket to shine!! Street parking and a cover fee at $15.00 for 1 hour dance lesson, a dress code requirement and an entry to dance the entire night! The people are alive and very friendly and super comfortable being okay with two left feet. These dance lessons have some wonderful dance instructors and they make the two left feet in me want to come out and find my rhythm. La Rumba is 21+ with a full bar with dance floor. The restrooms and dance hall are super clean-- they have a VIP dancing area! The lights, the music make me escape from the every day 9-5 day job! I love the fun, the rebellious dance lessons and sexy swaying in all of us! The best part is being yourself. This isn't like Dancing With The Stars!! Everyone is here to learn, from all different ages, backgrounds of dancing, no dancing at all-- you name it! Everyone is here with a purpose. The goal is to keep coming! Don't give up!

The other reviews mention the bathroom attendant, she was really kind to me, unfortunately she doesn't take Apple Pay/Venmo, just cash but I know that's part of the experience. Make sure to dress up, dance and have fun, I'm grateful for the amazing music, the beautiful beats. All of the workers were welcoming and even gave some great advice. Hope the experience can be matched if not surpassed for everyone reading this.

If you want a great workout...Keith is THE Man and the best zumba instructor. Be sure you know…read moreyou're gonna be doing squats...and lots of it. His routines are worthy of a squad dance class and you'll be laughing, sweating and almost dying (in a good way) by end of class. Ldt is like your super fit cousin that wants to make sure you reach your goal with laughs and hugs! It's a family environment! Best workout in Denver.

I finally built up the courage to visit this studio for a Zumba class and my mind is a little fuzzy…read morein my after class exhaustion but that is a good thing. The establishment is located in a plaza that can get busy during peak evening hours, mainly, due to the daycare centers. My suggestion is to always turn right out of the plaza and go to the Parker Rd light during those times. It's less of a headache in the long run. Within the facility, there is an office or two, bathrooms, and a cubby area for belongings. The studio itself is nice. It's a medium-sized room with two walls occupied by full-length mirrors and a window respectively. It's comfortable right now (only referring to Zumba) but I can see the need for an additional Zumba time each day, in the near future, if more bodies show up & decide to become regulars. The class was lead by Keith, the owner of the studio and it was high energy. Keith is engaging, full of stamina, entertaining, and an interactive instructor. He can use an assistant to help him juggle various tasks in between classes (i.e. greeting, punching cards, questions, liability release, etc) but he manages. The playlist was non-stop, the music had great rhythm, beats, and sound (thanks to his new subwoofer:)), and the class was full. The class schedule seems to be organized well, offering one of each class available, at least, once a day including weekends. The class times were recently adjusted but seem to work well for most 9 to 5ers. He also has several trial and/or discount offers out there. I look forward to continuing the Zumba classes lead by Keith and the other instructors and eventually working into the other classes available. The studio is also offering virtual classes now so I'm excited to experience that. Now I'm going to moisten this rattle in my chest & nurse my sore, dancing feet but you can soon look for my cameo in Step Up XIV, thanks to Let's Do This!!!

Rob has been a friend of mine for a number of years, so I've always known the enthusiasm and…read morecommitment he brings to his clients just by virtue of observation--the level of availability and support he provides through his work on a professional level is obvious. I would add, that often leads to an openness and trust on a personal level that allows him to truly help people arrive at a better state of wellness beyond just physical health. It was not until recently, after suffering a spate of miscellaneous sports misfortunes, that I had the opportunity to experience what Rob does first hand. It honestly blew my mind. His ability to diagnose an apparent problem is skillful, and candidly I would have never appreciated the interconnected-nature of my weaknesses on my own. (E.g., this back pain you're experiencing is actually about your glutes). From there, he helps to rectify the current issue, in a way that to my lay mind is a little akin to witchcraft. (I explained to a friend, that when Rob was 'adjusting' my pulled calf muscle it sort of felt like he was doing nothing, and then magically everything was better after). Finally, Rob gives useful, practical guidance on areas to work on that help to improve the overall function and avoid the issue going forward. His approach is full service, which honestly makes him unlike any trainer or therapist with which you might otherwise work. It's why it's so hard to explain what it is exactly that he does, unless you've truly had the fortune to experience it yourself. If you're working through an injury, or just trying to get to a better place of overall function, I cannot recommend Rob more highly!

Rob helped me realize that the soreness and tightness I was feeling (especially after having three kids) wasn't something I just had to live with. His approach is super personal, and even over virtual sessions, he has this ability to notice little movement patterns and imbalances I didn't know existed. The exercises he gives are simple but so effective. And as a mom, I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating he is. He's totally understanding when my schedule gets crazy, and even included my baby in a few sessions during nap strikes. Plus, his voice is so calming--I always end our sessions feeling relaxed and reset. Can't recommend him enough!
