Parking can get a little congested with all the different businesses in the plaza. Usually have to wait a few minutes before being called back for your pedicure. But I guess it gives you time to pick out your nail polish color. Staff usually help with putting your purse on the table and moving the arm rust of the seat so you can get in. I've had about 2-3 different staff and they are all pretty attentive and give a great pedicure. Health and sanitation wise I would say they are above average. Some tools are opened in front of you while other ones appear to be reused between client. The bowls also have a plastic cover around them. I've never had any type of adverse reaction to their tools or products. My biggest complaint continues to be not asking you which type of pedicure service you want and that they automatically do a "classic" pedicure on you. There have even been times when I asked for an "express" and they still give me a classic. An express pedicure was $28 when I went last season and $33 for classic, which includes a hot towel around your legs and feet and a lotion massage. The salon is clean, airy, and welcoming. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and I love the massage options on it. I never feel rushed out after my pedicure, especially when waiting if with a friend and they are still getting their pedicure.
