Theres nothing like a quite moment to get your haircut. Especially, these days with all the new changes both patrons and stylists need to handle. The owner here is a terrible host, BUT most of all TEACHES her stylist THE ART of SCAM. Allow me to explain, 1st Visit, good, 2nd Visit great, 3rd Visit BAD, Bad and sooo Many Levels of Wrong. Conversation, went like this: Same hair, same haircut and same highlights. no change - EXCEPT for the Rude Owner being the Gatekeeper of her "girls". I stood there in front of the owner for 10 minutes, while she worked on her computer, trying to figure out what to charge me. When she finally came up with the price with her smirk, I told her that is not what Ive been charged the last 2x's. "Thats not my problem, each of "my girls" are "self employed". Are you the same one that just offered me coffee, with a chuckle as I was dozing off in the chair????? How rude. Get a grip! God doesn't like UGLY. No, I think your'e TEACHING your girls how to steal. Did you have a Price Increase? No, she replied. How can the same HAIR, the Same Haircut, and Highlights be $50 More than the last time? Do you just not want me as a customer? OH no, she said. Well then, did you have a price increase that maybe you just didn't mention? Or somehow forgot about simple disclosure? If the price was $300 and it was disclosed, I may have gladly paid. I just love it when people say, " Im sorry you feel like that MAAM"? No,dont be sorry, Im looking for answer of why? Her reply, Will that be CASH or charge. Cash. Id like to pay what I did last time. Also, why charge me $38 for the same hair detangler products that I bought for $22 last time? I was so upset when I left, I forgot my 38 dollar product and had to turn around to go get it. I tried calling the salon on my way back to pick it up, with caller ID I guess, they didn't want to take my call.. They Answered" Bellagio APARTMENTS". I walked back in, got my product and left. The owner and her TRAINED to lie Staff Stinks. Pack your bags stylist. Your boss will kill your business. Good luck with that! read more

Hesitant to trust someone with your hair ... I recommend Cara! She is AMAZING!! Every time I leave Bellagio, I feel refreshed, pampered, satisfied, and more confident than before thanks to her. I have never given a review to any business or anyone before, but Cara is someone who deserves recognition for her expertise and her genuine care for each of her clients and their hair. I had always been hesitant to trust someone with coloring, cutting, and styling my hair and waxing my eyebrows. As one knows, what is done can't quickly be undone. That is why I drive a total of two hours for Cara to cut, color, and style my hair. She is educated (and continues to stay educated) and full of the knowledge of what is best for her client's hair, products to use, and what is in style. She listens to what look you are going for and delivers every time! She is professional and provides her educational advice on what is best for your hair. I can't say enough about how much I LOVE Cara and the wonders she has done for my hair! When I first started seeing Cara my hair wouldn't grow in length longer than my chin, was very fine, and fragile. I had tried shampoos, vitamins, products .. with no success. With Cara's knowledge of products and hair care my hair is now thicker, stronger and past my shoulder in length! This has been a HUGE confidence booster for me! Every single time you enter bellagio, you're greeted with a smiling face and warm beverage. Never any negative energy like you'd feel in some salons. The team they have put together is drama free and genuinely sweet. On top of their positive attitudes, they do amazing work with hair, and now also skin! Whether it's style, color, or cut, they're always spot on! I've been going to these ladies for 8 years and never walked away feeling anything less than beautiful. Being a musician, I'm constantly playing shows and standing in front of crowds so it's important to look and feel good. It sounds cheesy but Bellagio has truly given me, and I'm sure every single one of their other customers, confidence. I travel a lot between, New York and Michigan. Whenever I have needed a haircut while in Michigan I simply could not find a hair stylist that knew how to cut someone with short hair without having them leave the salon looking like their male counterpart. It was horrible. I finally can say I found the perfect match. Not only is this salon easy access to where my office is in Troy but their are friendly, professional and clean. My hair stylist was Katie Terranova. She is simply amazing. My haircut was perfect. I will only be going to the Bellagio Hair Studio and asking for Katie from now on. If you need your hair done, go to Cara! As I'm someone who vaguely knows what I want done but isn't sure what will look best, Cara is great at helping me decide what to do with my hair. She's amazing at balayage and keeping my curly blonde-highlighted hair healthy and looking great. And as a busy medical student, I sometimes don't know what my schedule will look like until the month or even week of. But Cara is great at working out a time for me to come and working with my schedule, which is invaluable to me. Plus everyone in the salon itself is super nice and welcoming. I absolutely love it here!! It's a beautiful salon with an exceptionally professional and friendly staff. When it comes to products, additional services and appointments they are very helpful without being pushy. I never feel like I'm being forced or over-sold on something I don't need just to get the sale like I have in some salons I've been to in the past. Cara always does an amazing job on my hair!! I recently started going to this salon when my stylist, Cheryl, moved there. I couldn't be more pleased with the salon or with Cheryl! The salon itself is beautiful, with a very relaxing, spa-like feel. There is a charming alcove area with a faux fireplace and comfortable chairs where you can wait for your stylist or for your color to process. And Cheryl is simply the best hair stylist I've ever been to! She has a calm, competent manner, listens carefully to what you want, and is overall a very talented stylist. Molly Babbie at Bellagio takes phenomenal care of my hair. I was in need of a new stylist because my long time stylist retired. Molly took me on as a client about two years ago. Super happy, beautiful color and cut! I have a lot of hair and two colors--base color and highlights. Molly is phenomenal and the whole staff is super friendly. Pricing is fair as well. I came all the way from San Diego to have Cara do my first balayage on my very long, dark, virgin hair. She did an amazing job and I was so happy with the way it turned out, not to mention the color service was very affordable. This salon is a hidden gem located in strip mall. The interior is so modern and chic. Staff is very friendly. I saw Dalita last week for a cut and went back this weekend for highlights.
