The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. The wax specialist I saw was good but because of the front desk staff and manager, I definitely will not be buying wax passes or services in this location.

I was visiting my parents for a couple of weeks and really needed my hair done. The owner texted me and I sent her pictures of what my hair looked like then and what it's looked like previously (which is what I wanted). She booked me with Lisa at 5pm. I got to my appointment and sat in the chair when the owner said "I showed her the pictures" and then Lisa said you can show me again, so I did. I told her I wanted to be light but more manageable as I am a mom now and a full head of highlights can be tough so we decided to do highs and lows to balance it out. I also told her I like being frosty, cooler toned, not yellow. She proceeded to foil my whole head at the same time with bleach and color so it would all lift together (which it didn't). She also asked if I wanted to be lighter around the face which I said yes. Well, what I got is grey looking fried off front pieces, two huge chunky highlights towards the back of my head, completely yellow underneath, and terribly uneven highlights. The appointment went so long that I told her she didn't have to do a full blowout just dry it quickly. Half way through the quick dry, she asked if I wanted her to keep going, so me feeling bad I said no. Never saw the finished product, never saw the back of my hair. Oh and I paid while I was still under the dryer with foils in my head so they can count the draw, giving her the benefit of the doubt since she has over 40 years of experience. I waited a couple of days and decided to reach back out to the owner. She admitted it did not look good. In fact, she said "oh wow, I agree.. that does not look like her work, I'm glad you messaged me." She followed up the next day and basically backtracked and said we can fix the highlight in the back for you or give you a credit for services next time you are in town. I told her that it needed more than one fixed highlight but thanks anyway. No offer for a refund, no responsibility for the shit job Lisa did or for frying my hair. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

I went to their little stand and the girl was not in a good mood. It hurt so bad and my sister was next to me and asked why I didn't say anything since the woman who was threading my eyebrows was doing it aggressively.
