The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. The wax specialist I saw was good but because of the front desk staff and manager, I definitely will not be buying wax passes or services in this location.

I went to their little stand and the girl was not in a good mood. It hurt so bad and my sister was next to me and asked why I didn't say anything since the woman who was threading my eyebrows was doing it aggressively. I don't like confrontation plus I was afraid she was going to tear of my eyebrows. Never again will I come back . I'm sticking with my favorite girl at the other salon.
