I was given an attitude and called a liar. I had the emails to prove my appointment time and that someone changed my time slot. The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. The wax specialist I saw was good but because of the front desk staff and manager, I definitely will not be buying wax passes or services in this location.

Lindsey listened to me intently, When I told her about the past experiences I had at other salons, she asked me for a picture to get an idea of what I like. She trimmed very little off my ends and blended the short with the long layers to remove the step from my last haircut. She did exactly what I asked for and styled it with the beach wave look which I asked for. The only drawback was the cost. The haircut was $65.
