Received a pedicure, midafternoon and midweek in August. Very easy to schedule an appointment over the phone with the receptionist, who was friendly, helpful and patient. The facility is remarkably clean and well-appointed. The staff were welcoming! My appointment started on-time. The pedicure was great as my nails and polish look fantastic. My legs were truly exfoliated and calluses certainly removed. (I didn't think I'd be impressed - it's actually one of the best removals I've ever had!) The massage duration of time was good , as was the foot massage. My only wish was that the calf massage was deeper as it felt like someone was just rubbing lotion onto my legs. That little difference would convince me to become a regular! Okay, second wish, It would be nice to have rates published on a website or on fb/IG. They have excellent rates for waxing, make up and hair! The pedicure is a little steep but quite frankly, for the attentive work performed, it's on par with Bergen County rates. I was a little nervous about their rates due to other reviews and found them to be more reasonable than what I'm used to seeing in north Jersey. read more

Showed up for a blowout today and was told that they couldn't take me because the girl called out sick. I understand that people get sick and that isn't their fault, but the owner was downright rude and completely unapologetic. I had an event to go to, so I pretty much begged her to squeeze me in and asked if I could come back when they're due to close at 4:00 for a quick blowout. She made zero attempt to accommodate me and never apologized; instead she was defensive and nasty. I wouldn't be writing this review if she had canceled but at least been kind. Needless to say I won't be going there again when there are so many better quality, more reasonably priced options in the area with better customer service. read more

Stephani is amazing colorist and stylist for my hair. The salon is gorgeous, friendly, clean and very professional. I usually get my hair done in New York City and this Lavallette hair stylist has impressed me so much I will surely have many happy return visits. read more

My daughter got a beautiful blowout here and was able to get an appointment same day. The salon is very pretty inside and nice and cool with air conditioning. Convenient location with parking spots in front on rt 35. We will definitely go back. read more

I love that the cost of a full eyelash extension set was $165, but you definitely get what you pay for! I found that multiple of my real lashes were being glued together, which is a big no no with eyelash extensions! They looked absolutely beautiful but I should've known that any full set that takes 1 hour start-finish was not done properly. I hope I'm left with some eyelashes! read more

I went in for a simple haircut, all one length. I only had 3 inches taken off. The hairdresser cut my hair uneven and I have dips every where. It cost $35.00 for that hair cut and now I have to get it fixed somewhere else. read more

Everyone here is nice but that doesn't mean you will get a good mani/pedi especially for 67.00 - My Jaw dropped when I went to pay. My mani/pedi wasn't even good. If I had known I was going to be charged 67.00 for the mani/pedi they gave me I would have made them do it over until it was professional. I am basically going to have to go to another nail salon and have them do a color change because my polish was put on so sloppy and to charge almost double of all the other salons on the Island - not good. If you are charging 67.00 - it had better be the best mani/pedi EVER - and it was not!!!! I wanted to really like this place and have a new salon on the Island to go to, but it is not worth going here. Go to any of the other salons on the Island/Lavallette - only 40 for a mani/pedi and better application. Nothing against the people working there all very nice but not experienced enough to charge what they are charging. The owner need to adjust the pricing. read more
