My daughter and I visited with a gift card for a pedicure and a manicure. Everything went well with a small hiccup at payment time. I was originally told by my tech that no debit or credit cards were accepted. Only Venmo and Cash. This was a misunderstanding. Cards are accepted for services only. Tips must be cash or venmo. So, if you go, be aware of this rule.

We arrived and were greeted quickly, asked our names and to choose a color. We were quickly ushered to seats next to each other. It is a large salon with many nail techs and plenty of room for the 10 or so customers already there. Nathan and Tom were gentle and detailed, asking things we'd prefer, if we were going on a trip somewhere and just general conversation. They offered explained cutting or not cutting certain nails to keep them even with others, and did a great job. We were offered to sit in the massage chairs to let our nails dry for awhile, so we could enjoy the massagers. Great idea! Overall very pleasant experience. Quiet, relaxing and great price! I was offered a variety of beverages and opted for a hot tea. I was then directed to the private relaxation room for my partner and I to enjoy our beverages, hot neck pillows, and special cream puffs. We enjoyed the private relaxation room for about 10 to 15 minutes before being escorted to our massage room. Being someone new to getting massages, I felt very comfortable and like I was guided through the entire experience. My masseuse was great, and I really enjoyed the experience. I didn't feel rushed afterwards either, even though they would be closing soon. Overall, highly recommend! The place is clean, relaxing, staff was very kind and patient, and I had a great experience. Unfortunately, the price point is a little prohibitive for us to go more than a few times per year but it was great for a special experience!
