"Military Appreciation Day, what?!?!" That's what I said when a friend told me about this salon. The owners took a day and dedicated it to appreciating our military and their spouses. Yup, that's what I said, wives and husbands too!!! I can't imagine what it cost the owners of the salon to do this... their time, their money, and their supplies. What an amazing thing to do for us and I can't tell you how much it meant to me. They also had food catered in, it was fantastic! AND... there was no skimping on anything. If one of the guests needed/wanted a treatment, they got it! My girlfriend received the Brazilian Blowout, that's a $400 treatment! All of the amazing things done for us that day were completely free! They also give military wives and husbands a discount for every other day of the year! Now about my hair... I knew my hair was dry and damaged, I was gonna have to lose some length. Short hair is cool and all, but I was disappointed even though I knew before I went what the outcome was gonna be. Healthy, good looking hair is what I wanted, and if that was to be, it had to come off. The staff picked up on my disappointment and we started to chat about it. I mentioned short hair is nice, but I find it to be a bit boring. I explained I felt this way because I'm not exactly a stylist and I can only ever seem to do one thing with it. One of the staff mentioned color. If I thought my hair cut may be boring, we could spice things up with some color. I was on board, but never thought too much of it. We discussed color and the staff really understood me! I want to appear outwardly mostly "normal" (whatever that means), but I have a spicy side I wanted to show, without my husband looking at me like I'd lost my mind. :) What I left with was a great hair cut (cute little bob), lots of healthy shinny hair, movement I've never had before, and subtle cobalt blue highlights!!!! It is amazing and everyone loves it!! Just the right amount of "look at me" I had in mind. Thank you doesn't seem like enough, but I'm gonna say it anyway... Thank you Phoebe, Therese, and all the staff that participated in Military Appreciation Day!! Thank you for the incredible hair cut and amazing highlights... I think of you guys every time I get a compliment on my new hair. read more

I LOVE Phoebe Therese Salon! I had heard about this salon from friends in Denver, so while I was visiting I decided to try it. I was in major need of a haircut and highlights. It was a great experience before I even set foot in the salon, as I called one day before and they were able to get me an appointment with Phoebe. When I arrived the whole staff was friendly. I sat with Phoebe and she spent a large amount of time asking what I would like my color and cut to look like and asked multiple questions about how I usually wear my hair. It was a wonderful start to my experience as I felt like she was really focused on my needs and wanted to understand my vision for my hair. I have dirty blonde hair and I just wanted some natural highlights around my face for a brightening look. They used a product, INOA on my hair and it is the best my hair color has ever looked! It is exactly what I was asking for and it looks as though my highlights are natural. My favorite part of the appointment was when Dani shampooed my hair. It was simply bliss, as Dani massaged my head. Even the shampoo and conditioner that they used was wonderful and smelled great. My haircut from Phoebe is the best haircut that I have ever received. It has now been weeks and usually I start to feel like a haircut is needed again, but this haircut has really lasted. She really understood what I wanted out of my hair and I could not be happier. I will have to make more frequent trips to Denver, just so I can make an appointment at Phoebe Therese Salon! I would recommend this salon to all of my friends! read more

I would not trust anyone else with my color and cuts. Phoebe has a fantastic eye for the most flattering color options. Love the INOA color, much more gentle and no ammonia smell. Whether a touch up or full color, I love this salon. There is no 'snooty' Cherry Creek attitude here. Phoebe's goal (which she and the other stylists attain), is to make every client feel gorgeous. Phoebe's talent for fitting a hairstyle to lifestyle, based on how much time I want to spend on my hair, always ends up in a gorgeous result. Whether a regular 'daytime' blowout of full on 'glamor goddess' styling, I always walk out of the salon feeling beautiful. And the cut is always easy to maintain once I'm on my own. Phoebe really listens during each consultation before starting. Along with Therese and Jeannie as the core stylists, this is an excellent L'Oreal salon, with great service. It is also the only 5 Star L'Oreal salon in Colorado, reflecting the commitment to 'continuing education' by the stylists and owners. I've been a client for well over ten years now, and would not go anywhere else. Service, results, and a comfortable atmosphere make Phoebe Therese salon an excellent choice. read more

My appointment started right on time, no waiting whatsoever. Since this is Cherry Creek, I would arrive 10 minutes early to find parking. I couldn't comment on the other stylists besides everyone having a good attitude in the salon. No weird tension that is typical in all women work environments. I found Danni Sjoden via Pinterest while looking for Balayage hair. I don't remember actually being satisfied with any haircuts or colors in the past until now. This girl knows her stuff. Danni is SO friendly, patient, and understanding. There wasn't an awkward moment in conversation and she dealt with all my unnecessary questions and concerns. If you're looking for Guy Tang results in Colorado, THIS is your girl. I have really dark brown long hair with bangs. She added a caramel "balayage melt." It looks gorgeous in both indoor and outdoor light. My search for the perfect hair stylist is done. read more

I saw a woman a few times and asked who cut her hair? She said "only Phoebe!" I called the salon and easily got an appointment that fit my work schedule. GREAT parking lot behind the building--a big PLUS in Cherry Creek. I had made an appointment for a cut and highlights. When I got in the chair, Phoebe asked about my "hair routine" and what I was hoping for. She did not want to do highlights!! She said my hair was the "perfect color". I was so happy that Phoebe AND Therese both liked my hair color. I have to tell you I am growing out all-over blond color and letting my silver/grey grow out. My hair cut is one of the best cuts I have ever gotten. I get compliments from strangers at the grocery store! I will continue going to this salon in the future and "only Phoebe" will be cutting my hair! read more

Best Haircut ever!!! There are several things that really impressed me about Phoebe. Firstly she took the time to talk with me and look at my hair before it was washed. Usually an assistant brings you right to the shampoo bowl and the stylist never takes the time to see how your hair looks dry. Then she asked questions to understand what I wanted and offered some suggestions, After the blow dry, Phoebe did a "dry cut" on my hair - which if you do not know makes the difference between just a hair cut and a great haircut. Lastly, Phoebe gave me a "Beauty Tip", showing me how I could use velcro rollars to get a very sexy look to my hair. I have never had a cut that provided so much versitility and even looks great just natural. Being a hairstylist myself this says a lot for Phoebe! read more

Musti is the absolute BEST hair stylist in Denver! I went in to cut and style my hair and it was a fantastic experience! I've had so many terrible hair situations in this city and have finally found a high-end salon setting with an incredibly talented stylist who can work miracles! The salon is a tranquil space, and I sincerely appreciate the relaxing salon atmosphere as opposed to chaotic salons where you feel like you're in an assembly line. And then there is the service: Musti listened to my list of requests and gave me a style that is manageable and gorgeous and natural. I couldn't be happier! He cut and styled my hair to perfection. I wouldn't trust anyone but him!! I highly recommend going to his salon if you're looking for great service and an awesome new look. read more

This was the first time I went to this salon. I was referred by a friend of mine. I love my haircut from Phoebe and amazing color from Therese! I have natural curly hair and have always had a hard time finding a stylist who could cut my hair. Phoebe cut my hair both wet and dry. She gave me the most amazing blow out. It lasted 4 days! I have slightly graying hair in front and Therese matched the color perfectly with my natural color. People I don't know stop me when I am out and about and tell me how beautiful my hair is and comment both on the cut and the color. This has never happened to me before. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a great cut and color. I am a convert! The whole staff is welcoming and professional. read more

About 6 weeks ago, I was very frustrated and saddened by what my hair stylist at Henry's salon did to my hair. I am normally a blonde and I was looking to get a low light and she made it black with grey highlights and then tried to fix it and it was bright neon blond/orange!!! I was traumatized. I needed someone to make me beautiful again, so I walked into Phoebe & Therese salon. All the staff were so welcoming and immediately started to look and feel my hair. I was given a very thorough consultation and they sat me in a chair and began their magic. I am sooooooo happy to say that 6 weeks later my hair is healthy again and looks amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this very friendly, classy salon in Cherry creek North!!!! read more

I have been going to Phoebe for many years. She has always done a wonderful job cutting my hair. This salon is located in a wonderful area in Cherry Creek. This makes it fun going to get your hair cut. Everyone in the salon is very nice and has a positive attitude. Another good thing about the salon is that they will do whatever it takes to get your haircut/color the way you want it. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the initial result, Phoebe and her team will do the necessary steps to getting your hair the way you want it. This can give a person a sense of comfort when getting their hair done. The bottom line is if you want a professional hair cut/color, this is the salon you need to go to. read more

Every stylist at Phoebe Therese Salon demonstrates she/he cares about your hair. I made my first appointment over one year ago after a very poor experience at another salon in Cherry Creek where the owner literally cut off my shoulder length hair during my second visit without listening to how happy I was with the first cut. Nothing like this has happened at Phoebe Therese Salon because each time my thoughts are listened to and questions are answered before the cut or color process begins. Therese, Phoebe, Jeanie and the entire staff LISTEN! How refreshing and how uncommon. As a former Breck Girl, I would recommend this salon to anyone wants exceptional results. read more

@Phoebe Therese Salon. I had Anna at Phoebe Therese Salon give me a Brazilian Blowout on Sunday and it was fantastic. I have extremely curly hair, and it now looks like "Jennifer Antonions'" sexy straight hair. I've had curly hair for 66 years, this is my new drug and I plan on doing it until I cross the Rainbow Bridge. Anna works on Sundays and Mondays to accommodate her blowout customers. She is a full service stylist and can hi-light, color, and cut hair. She spent a lot of time with me teaching me how to style my new look and sold me the correct products to help keep the blowout for 3-6 months. Hey Curlies - it's worth the investment. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE what they did with my hair. When I went in my hair was dry and dead. Phoebe started off with my consultation when I walked in. We discussed my options and what I wanted. Phoebe was super sweet and nice and had a bunch of great ideas. One thing I loved was the team environment , phoebe did the cut then I went to the color specialist to discuss the color I wanted. I walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks . I don't know if it was there products or my hair cut but my hair is 10X healthier ! I highly suggest this salon! I'm looking forward to my next upcoming visit ! read more

Can't say enough good things about it! Phoebe made the best of a short, bad cut I got while in my hometown a few weeks back. She took the time to talk and consult with me regarding what she needed to do in order to have the style I really want in the future. Her consultation laid down expectations so that I'd be satisfied. I walked out with a cute, sassy cut at the talented hands of Phoebe. She also used me as an example to teach two assistants. Watching her teach was interesting, and it showed me that she cares about her clients, her business and those who work for her. read more

It was my first time coming into the salon and it had a really fun and positive vibe. Danni is amazing! I came in with hair that had been through a color disaster at another salon and she didn't bat an eye. Danni knew exactly what to do and did it better than I even would have known to ask for. Danni has a great eye for color and an interest in new and modern techniques. Check out her Pinterest board for examples of actual clients that she has worked on! Danni is a real talent and will go very far in her career. I would scoop up an appointment...while you still can! read more

Therese rescued my hair and my professional appearance after another salon (Aveda) mistakenly turned my long golden locks into a short, mud-brown nightmare. And again, after another salon gave me "ultra baby-blonde" highlights near my temples which grew out in about five days, leaving a startling line of demarcation. As summer approaches, it's time for a few highlights, and Therese is simply the best at brightening my dark blonde hair and making me look like I've spent time at the beach. Thank you Therese for making me look great throughout the years! read more

I had a great experience at this salon! I've had my hair done around the country and this is probably one of the best! Everyone in the salon is very knowledgable about color and I can't get over how awesome my cut is! I also purchased some of the Jane Iredale makeup which I've been searching up and down for this line in stores. And I finally found it! I just bought the new BB Cream it is so amazing! It makes my skin look flawless!! It's a great atmosphere, very kind employees who are very talented! I will definitely be coming back :) read more

I can't say enough good things about Phoebe Therese Salon and my stylist Abby. I discovered the salon after a friend referred me, and I've been more than pleased after every visit. Abby always listens to what I want, but also consults about what she thinks would look good for my face shape, skin tone, etc. -- I think that's key! It's one thing to show a stylist a photo, but you really want someone who's going to be honest about what's going to look best, and Abby always does. She's also a color genius. Love this place. read more

Annie has completely transformed my hair into beautiful blond, long hair! As a person who is naturally a dark brunette with course hair, it is hard to find a stylist that knows how to manage your hair. I can tell you, after having my hair completely destroyed, Annie made it back to beautiful. For all those blondes that have hesitancies as to who you trust to bleach your hair, I would STRONGLY suggest Annie at Phoebie Therese. She has made me nothing other than extremely happy from years of experience. read more
