It's an optometrist that has a center lane of random items for sale like a hipster pharmacy - think games, jewelry, nightlights - if more of the store were actually a gift shop I'd likely be more positive, but almost 80% of the store is glasses. At the end of the day, unless you're there for an optometrist first and foremost, don't make a special trip.

I was wearing my cute mother jeans and classic rock couture jacket and nothing? Not a peep? In this day and age, people are shopping more and more online and now we know why. Also when I was checking out their super hoarder like displays, there was cobwebs everywhere so trust me, I think they know people aren't buying from them and they just don't care.

Fringe is located in the heart of Penngrove and is easy to miss if you've never been there, but I think their lowkey location is why they're successful. Fringe has an at-home feel and is attentive to your needs at a reasonable price. A few weeks ago, I saw Brittany at Fringe. I asked for a natural root color with a freshening up of my blonde highlights. She was able to do exactly what I wanted and it looked so healthy and beautiful when she was done! She was a great conversationalist and was extremely professional. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Fringe is definitely one of the best kept secrets of Sonoma County salons.
