Super cute salon with a fun aesthetic. Easy to book and lovely staff. My hair looked absolutely fabulous for my friends wedding and the style lasted for days! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because unfortunately, half way through my appointment, my stylist Whitney told me her entire household was sick and she was wearing a mask for precaution. After she mentioned that it became pretty clear that she was also sick. Her glasses kept getting foggy from her mask so she used her bare hands to wipe them with her shirt, then returned directly to my hair without washing. I ended up getting sick from this and it ruined my trip to Mexico. I think it's extremely important to not only encourage but force your employees to stay home if they are sick. It's irresponsible and simply not fair to others. I feel for Whitney, and she did such a good job, but I really wish she had just stayed home and gotten better instead of spreading her sickness to me. read more

I absolutely love everyone at this salon and the owner Kat! Everyone is so kind and professional. I got my hair done around Thanksgiving by Whitney and was BLOWN away. Between the great customer service, consultation, and getting my hair done, it was great! I hadn't been to the salon in over 5 years and Whitney was incredibly friendly and is an AMAZING stylist. Really nice people, and they do amazing color work but I went in for a few inches off of my chest length hair and they took off so much hair I can no longer tie my hair back. Additionally they didnt account for the curls in my hair at all meaning now that my hair is dry, on top of it being short, the shape is so awful it's embarrassing. My daughter was too freaked out to go back so we ended up going to a different salon and they toned and fixed the color so it is ash now and the color is even. I would not discourage anyone from going to this salon, it's obvious from the other pictures and reviews they do beautiful work. I would just suggest that if the toner obviously didn't take and it's the end of the night, invite your client to come back at another time to fix it.
