Thinking it was just irritation from the glue I went to the doctors and was told I contracted pink eye and it was most likely due to unsanitary use of utensils from getting my eyelashes done. I had to miss a wedding I was a bridesmaids for since I had this bacterial infection. I messaged Mariko informing her that this happened and asked politely to get refunded and to try different way to make her practice more sanitary. Her response was far less than satisfactory. She informed me that she could not give me a refund and that she was sorry. Overall, I would highly highly recommend finding someone else to do your eyelashes. She's given me fabulous, natural looking golden highlights with a beautiful warm base that looked really natural with my skin tone. I loved that color, and she did it over hair that had been dyed cherry red for years. Removing red is NOT easy to do and coloring over it is even more difficult. I was so impressed by that transformation and loved the look. Then, I decided to go blonde. She gave me a gorgeous, on-trend ombre blonde and used this pretty pastel pink toner for the most subtle and luminous effect. She has been maintaining my ombre blonde since. On my most recent visit, she pulled my highlights a little bit higher for a more cohesive look when my hair is up. The highlights are placed so perfectly. They are natural looking but not too subtle either, and they blend my ash-brown roots into my ombre blonde tips really well. It's so pretty and feminine. Plus she's super nice and fun to talk to! I've paid hundreds to have my hair highlighted at top LA salons and hated the results. Sarai has never let me down, I always leave with exactly what I want. I highly recommend her for event styling and hair coloring. She's very affordable, too! If this was Scottsdale, Sarai would easily be a $200+ stylist.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the need to explain my negative experience at this spa…read more I reached out to Kati, the owner, twice via email to voice my concerns and no one replied back to me. So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven't had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. For a $155.00 facial, my expectations were high. I booked the Custom Facial online and the description I copy pasted below from Vagaro. Custom Facial $155.00 Our Custom 60 min Facial with L.E.D. is a tailored experience designed to address your unique skin concerns. Our skilled estheticians will assess your complexion and create a personalized treatment plan just for you, this facial is all about catering to your specific needs. Walk out with a happy glow that is uniquely. Book Now The facial started at 2:50pm and ended at 3:30pm. That was only 40 minutes, not 60 minutes in the description. There was no LED. There was no assessment of my complexion to create a personalized treatment plan. She didn't talk to me at all during the facial. There were a few extractions which she mostly just concentrated on my nose. I felt she was distracted or something. There was no pressure at all used when she was trying to massage my shoulders. It felt awful. I literally couldn't wait for it to be over. I felt ripped off to be honest. I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my experience.

I appreciate how Red 115 is doing everything it can to ensure the safety of their staff and clients. The salon has strict protocols in place, like mandatory face masks, one client at a time, disinfecting each station after use, and even asking clients not to set their belongings on anything. The salon is always so clean, and the employees are warm and welcoming, which is especially appreciated during the strange times. Shannon cut my hair today, and am SO in love with the outcome. It's definitely one of the best haircuts I've EVER had. She is so fun, kind, and knowledgeable, it was a delightful experience to be with her today. My stylist was very nice, but I don't plan to go back and don't recommend this salon…read more One stylist working when I was there was a man who was speaking with his client about how he wouldn't have been disappointed if Trumps assassination attempts were successful. It was uncomfortable to have to sit in such a negative environment, but my foils had already begun so I couldn't leave. I observed the other more experienced stylist put color on clients and either leave them for an extended period or take other clients in between. The client who sat when I was processing booked with one stylist and was sat with another. Super unprofessional and weird to not notify the client of that change. My stylist at the recommendation of the more experienced male stylist toned my very light hair with an ash toner which I told my stylist not to use in my formula. This left me with an overall darker tone probably three levels too dark. I'm unhappy and know I can't go get the toner stripped for another week. My hair is much weaker because I was over processed and I'm very disappointed overall.
