So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven't had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. For a $155.00 facial, my expectations were high. I booked the Custom Facial online and the description I copy pasted below from Vagaro. Custom Facial $155.00 Our Custom 60 min Facial with L.E.D. is a tailored experience designed to address your unique skin concerns. Our skilled estheticians will assess your complexion and create a personalized treatment plan just for you, this facial is all about catering to your specific needs. Walk out with a happy glow that is uniquely. Book Now The facial started at 2:50pm and ended at 3:30pm. That was only 40 minutes, not 60 minutes in the description. There was no LED. There was no assessment of my complexion to create a personalized treatment plan. She didn't talk to me at all during the facial. There were a few extractions which she mostly just concentrated on my nose. I felt she was distracted or something. There was no pressure at all used when she was trying to massage my shoulders. It felt awful. I literally couldn't wait for it to be over. I felt ripped off to be honest. I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my experience.

I am sure with my stress and tension to the massage. I felt incomplete after the massage, missing something and in pain. Felt sick and have been exhausted for 6 days since with no relief in sight. I suppose it was my fault to agree to a deep tissue massage instead of a Swedish style. I just wanted to relax but instead was in pain and had lots of stress which cannot be good for the body! She also pulled on my toes at the end, now two of my toes hurt and one toe is swollen. Hurt's like hell. Still swollen (7/19) Not a very enjoyable person to be around either. Very very bad breath as well like not brushing for weeks and smoked a ton of cigs too. GROSS! Basically just a unpleasant experience. Not sure what the heck these others are talking about, my wife did not like her 2 experiences with her as well. I won't be coming back and may have to go to the Doctor to see what she did to my toe.

I loved that color, and she did it over hair that had been dyed cherry red for years. Removing red is NOT easy to do and coloring over it is even more difficult. I was so impressed by that transformation and loved the look. Then, I decided to go blonde. She gave me a gorgeous, on-trend ombre blonde and used this pretty pastel pink toner for the most subtle and luminous effect. She has been maintaining my ombre blonde since. On my most recent visit, she pulled my highlights a little bit higher for a more cohesive look when my hair is up. The highlights are placed so perfectly. They are natural looking but not too subtle either, and they blend my ash-brown roots into my ombre blonde tips really well. It's so pretty and feminine. Plus she's super nice and fun to talk to! I've paid hundreds to have my hair highlighted at top LA salons and hated the results. Sarai has never let me down, I always leave with exactly what I want. I highly recommend her for event styling and hair coloring. She's very affordable, too! If this was Scottsdale, Sarai would easily be a $200+ stylist.
