By far the BEST waxing (skincare) appointment I have ever had in my entire life! Leah is absolutely amazing! Not only in her professional waxing skills and talent, but her overall interpersonal skills and personality is to die for! Stay Local and visit The Wax Room in Flagstaff, AZ! read more

I am a first time waxer. Leah made me feel very comfortable with the process, she is very professional and skilled at what she does, and super great person to talk to. She was able to fit me in same day and made the process smooth as possible. The office was clean and simple, nothing fancy. I'm very satisfied with my first manzilian, feels so sexy and smooth. read more

I like to think I have a high pain tolerance but was still scared to get a Brazilian wax. Leah was so nice my first visit and walked me through the steps. If I was too overwhelmed she gave me a break before moving on. I can't count how many times I went back but they were all worth it. She not only works with her clients schedules, she also makes it up tenfold if there's anything wrong. I unfortunately moved away and have not been able to find anyone who uses wax that leaves my skin feeling perfectly fine as soon as I leave the salon. I always walked out of the salon happy and even recommended her to friends. If you are willing to overlook a website fault in scheduling once in a while (usually the super early bookings) then she won't disappoint. 10/10 service! read more

I arrived about 20 mins early and Leah was able to get me in 10 mins before my appointment which was nice. Everything was normal but what was very unsanitary was the pillow to lay your head on. No cover just a plain pillow. Talk about lice! Then I tell Leah to keep my natural shape and just clean up. She takes off half my eyebrow!!! She claimed it was because my "eyebrows were straight". Not true. Save your money and just drive to Phoenix to the European Wax Center. Better prices and more well trained people. They also charge more if you use a card. No where did it mention that or I would've pulled out cash. UPDATE - employee Leah reacted to my review A WHOLE YEAR LATER calling me a bitch. Don't support business who treat their clients like trash. Go literally anywhere else in flagstaff unless you want the employees to be highly unprofessional and call you names. read more

Booked a 10AM appointment. I live 2 1/2 hours away (not many waxing options in the middle of nowhere). Show up, nobody there. So I call, no answer. I send a text. 20 minutes later I get a text saying all today's appointments had to be rescheduled and I should have gotten an email. I told her I didn't get any email about this. I got an email the day before confirming the appointment, and an email the morning of to confirm the appointment. I even got a text at 8AM confirming the appointment. I tell her all this and get no response back... just ignores a customer. Guess I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Would not recommend. Rude owner. 0 customer service. Cleanliness was terrible. Make the drive to Phoenix or tweeze your own hairs out one at a time. This place is not even worth a phone call. read more

The reviews on Yelp led me Crinosity and Leah lived up to the stellar reviews! Leah is the owner/ operator of Crinosity and she knows her waxing. Be prepared for a quick and efficient job. Ive had experiences that just dragged on. This is not what you'll expect with Leah. Her Brazilians are lightning quick and she has a great personality which makes the process a lot less awkward. Highly recommend! Also you can book online and she has a reward system set up for waxing. read more

I am a college student and LOVE coming here! I get my eyebrows waxed by Leah and she always sends great deals via email throughout the year. She is very nice, quick, efficient, and she does a wonderful job! Location is easy to get to as well! read more

Ladies...let's talk Brazilians. So sexy. Like most women, I like my fast & painless. Mission accomplished. Was more than a little sad when Namaste Spa left Sedona & I was going to have to find a new salon (which meant commuting to Flag). Leah made this all better. She's super cool and savvy and nice. Conversational & professional, and most important: painless & FAST. Literally the fastest ever. Which we all know is a good thing. AND, even w the speed...it was *perfect* (we all know the errant hair, misshapen triangle issues that can happen...none of that here). Best wax salon I've ever been to (and over the years there have been a few). They even have a referral kickback. Which is super awesome because I was going to tell all my Sedona chicks anyhow. AND if you buy a package of 3 they have a discount, grabbing that next time for sure. Also, they have a coffee style rewards system buy 10 get one free...which is amazing. Because who doesn't love to save $70?? Total fan, already texted my 2 Sedona besties to let them know. Honestly I cannot believe I'm giving this passionate of a glowing review for a waxing salon, but it's truly on point. read more

Such a great experience! Just got out of a Brazilian wax with Lea and I couldn't be more pleased. I've only had 2 brazilians before and afterwards I promised myself I would never get it done again because of how painful they were. However, I'm pregnant and since I can no longer see that area of my body I decided to try it again. Thankfully I was put with Lea because she is awesome. It was so quick and not even that painful. She slowed down whenever I needed her to, was very friendly, and comfortable. I will be making my next clean up appointment with her in 4-5 weeks because I may be hooked now :) I highly recommend going here and seeing her!! read more

I have been going to Kat for years now; back when I was in college with long hair, and years later when I moved back, with super short hair. Luckily for me, she is just as amazing at cutting short hair as she is long hair. When I was ready to change up the color, she worked with me to get exactly was I was looking for. She is patient, creative, kind, and super talented, and I cannot recommend her or her team highly enough. read more

We phoned while outside the shop, during our travels. She said she was available for a cut and got us right in. Leah was amazing! Such a beautiful person. Her cut was so cute and EXACTLY what I told her I wanted. Terrific~ read more

Adorable private salon space, professional and private. Best Brazilian I've ever had! In and out in under 15 minutes. Grabbed a referral card for my friend for $10 off a service. All in all the perfect waxing experience! read more

I made an appointment and showed up about 10 minutes early and there was no one in the little studio, which is fine whatever. Then it was my actual appointment time and no one showed up. I ended up waiting about 8 min past my appointment time and called the number on their confirmation email on my way out with no answer. Very disappointed. read more

i made an online appointment about 2 weeks ago to get a wax and when i showed up nobody was there. i waited 20 minutes and still no one came. i called and texted the owner twice with no response. frustrated because i have a busy schedule and if i knew i was gonna get stood up i would've made an appointment elsewhere. waste of time in my opinion. i understand things happen and appointments have to be rescheduled but a courtesy call would've been nice. read more

Favorite place/only place I get waxed in Flagstaff. Clean, professional, friendly, and most importantly fast! One of the least painful Brazilians I've ever gotten read more

I'm really sad about my experience here today. The cut and color seem fine, but it's hard to tell because my hair is still wet. Every time I have ever had a hair cut at a salon, they have always blown out my hair. Two hours later, my hair is still damp. I paid $135 excluding tip and it just seems so pricy for what I got. I left the salon feeling no prettier than when I went in, I just feel a little more broke. read more

I would like to give them a five star review but when I showed up for my confirmed appointment, nobody was there even after waiting 10 minutes and calling. Very disappointed I wasted my entire lunch hour for nothing. read more

I had a noon appointment last Tuesday and there was absolutely nobody there, they had the lights on and open sign and I sat there for 40 minutes thinking they were on a late lunch or something but no I left a message and left they never called me back so yea if you want to be stood up by a hairdresser that you were willing to drop $100+ on them call them for a great waste of time and disappointment read more

I had an amazing wax today by Leah! I would high recommend her but also the Salon. Great service, friendly and I was in and out!

We always walk out of here looking better than when we walk in! My eyebrows needed to see Kat. She does a great, quick job with minimal discomfort. Go see her! read more

Kats work as a hair stylist is consistently spot on. 5 star, every time. I've been going to her for over 6 years and let me tell you, this lady has a killer sense of style! And when she works on your hair, it's with the precision and focus of a doctor. Lol~ silly but definitely true. You can tell she is serious about her craft. She is also fun to chat with. And she's okay with not talking too if you just want to chill and not chat. Two thumbs way up! read more

Got the works...Brazilian, full legs, underarms and eyebrows! Leah really knows how to get it done fast, professionally, and smoothest I've EVER been! Kat an Leah have also both done my hair and both ladies have a great sense of style and really know what their doing... you will not be disappointed! read more

Kat is an amazing and very talented hairstylist. She does highlights and cuts my hair, and my hair has never looked better! She is spot on with her intuitive skills and what your hair needs to look great. Did I mention she is also a sweetheart? I feel very comfortable while she is doing my hair, and she makes sure her clients are happy. read more

I was recently in Flagstaff staying with family for a couple of months. I needed to have my hair done and was referred to Kat at Crinosity. Kat is a Genius Stylist! I am so happy with my color that I'm tempted to make a special trip every few months (a good stylist is hard to find). it is obvious that she is genuinely devoted to her craft and to making people feel comfortable and welcome. I was also very excited that she sold Bumble and Bumble. couldn't find it anywhere else in Flag! read more

Leah is amazing! I needed a wax asap and she was able to get me in during a time that worked with my busy schedule. I arrived and was greeted immediately and didn't have to wait at all. This was only my second Brazilian, so I was slightly nervous, especially being in Flagstaff. Leah far exceeded my expectations! The wax she uses is soy-based, so much better on the skin. She was quick and professional, I was ecstatic when I left. She offers a refer-a-friend program and also a stamp card, buy 10 services get one free. I'd recommend Crinosity to any and all of my friends. read more

Picked this place off Yelp and it did not disappoint. I had no qualms about walking in off the street for a clean up Brazilian wax. She was fast and thorough. I love it. Unfortunately taking pictures of my who-ha is frowned upon on Yelp, otherwise I'd prove my point with vag-selfie. read more

Leah is absolutely amazing. She makes it so comfortable and quick. She is so friendly and her background as a paramedic makes the experience even better! This is my favorite studio to go to! I have never had a bad experience here! Thank you Leah!! read more

Leah and Kat are awesome stylists and very dedicated to their clients and business. I felt as if they truly cared about what I wanted and they were pleasant and kind. I did not feel rushed and I felt like they really wanted to get my cut and stuff spot on. I received several compliments and I owe it to them. Awesome place, extremely fair prices. Thanks! read more

I really liked this place from the start. There were great reviews and it's local. I had great results my first visit. Unfortunately, having come here a little several times the results are inconsistent. I generally just need touch ups and have had waxings for years, so this wasn't my first time. Some of my waxes were beautiful here while another they accidentally took out some of my shape, due to too much wax. Which I ended up having to fill in with makeup. Not a huge hassle, but not fun either. During my last visit, my brows looked fine and clean after the waxing. Awesome! Until later that day when I realized there was still hair in between my brows. Yikes. It didn't even occur to me that at the appointment she didn't even wax or tweeze between my brows. I wanted to love this place and have a solid brow place to go in Flag, but sadly the results are inconsistent and I've lost a lot of trust. read more

I was very excited to get me eyebrows done after a while. I made an appointment for 12:30pm. I was 8 minutes late. I attempted to call 3 times before arrival to notify them that I would be late but there was no answer. On arrival, door was locked and the sign read "waxing in session." I called 3 more times and left a message. I waited 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. read more

Leah is awesome!!! Highly recommend her and the great work she does! She is very efficient, easy to talk to you, and really cares about her customers. read more

While my eyebrows always look great every time I leave here, its unfortunate that the last three times I've scheduled an appointment/shown up to my appointment it has been a hassle. Either someone isn't there or they're late or texting me saying they close at a certain time before my appointment time. Don't allow people to schedule appointments for certain times then say that you aren't open at that time! Very unfortunate read more

Kat has been raising her prices ever since I started having her cut/color my hair. I felt like my last cut was rushed, added to the problem of trying to schedule an appointment with her limited schedule I think I will be looking for another salon. read more

Kat is a wonderful stylist. I happily drive up from a Sedona once a month for a cut and color. She is a perfectionist who always makes my hair look fantastic. read more

Since moving to Arizona from Portland Oregon I have had one mediocre cut after another and one truly bad one. I found Kat when she was at Tirzah and have not looked back! I drive up from Phoenix to get my hair done and have always gotten a very quality cut - her cuts last seriously four months- all my other cuts have barely made it two months.... Worth the drive! read more

Leah was great! She texted me personally to let me know she running about 15 minutes behind schedule which was greatly appreciated. She was very friendly, explained everything that she was doing (I was there for waxing) and she was very quick/efficient. I hadn' t seen Kat since she opened up this new place. We chatted for a few minutes, both looked up "shaggy bob hair cut" on our phones, chatted a little more, and voila! I think my hair is PERFECT!!!! She perfectly captured what I wanted. and this comes from someone who is chronically dissatisfied with their hair. Thank u Kat! Xoxo read more

I recently had Kat cut my hair and was totally happy with the results. She gave me exactly what I asked for, but better! I appreciated how precise she was, and how great she was about asking me to take a look at the cut from multiple angles to see whether or not I was satisfied. I will definitely be back--best hair cut I've gotten in a long time! read more
