A few arguments happened with the customers and the workers which was surprising. 2. When I tried to explain what I wanted one of the ladies basically snapped at me. I've never had that happen in my 25+ years of getting my nails done. Very rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning. Just to be clear, this is the location next to UPS.

I was quite surprised to enter the lobby for my routine skin check just to find a line of about…read more12-15 people backed up the door-- surely this couldn't be normal, but OK. Imagine my further surprise when my annual skin check was rushed and was done in about a minute and a half, and the other minute and a half was spent telling me how to and the importance of wearing sunscreen. Imagine my further surprise to learn that such a poorly done, passive, extremely rushed service would charge 279 dollars to my insurance provider. As surprising and disappointing as all of that was-- imagine my surprise when my HSA card was locked down because they charged me erroneously at the desk. So, upon calling to have the erroneous charge that PPSD should have never charged to begin with refunded to the HSA card, they informed me that they could only send refunds out by check in the mail and that it would take 60 days-- as in 2 months-- for them to do so. When asked why this would take 2 months for them to complete, I was told "Because we have a lot of refunds and we are backed up." Inexcusable, Terrible experience from the minute I walked in the door until several months after leaving it. Never again.

The environment is dark with inviting low lights, soothing scents, and calming music. I was checked in quickly and offered a variety of water flavors before receiving a deliciously cold wine glass of cucumber lime water and taken into the waiting room.
