I was granted my request but upon entering again I was delayed service due to esthetician not being available during scheduled appointment. Once service begun my esthetician Emma answered her phone repeatedly throughout my service and became agitated when I informed her that certain parts of my body need to be waxed over due to hair still being visible. My service was $180 in total and what I paid does not match the service that was given.
